Potluck is searching for their first full time hire, a Creative Producer! This key role will be instrumental to the team and ideal for a multifaceted, creative thinker. A blend of creative development, project management and producing – this person will help bring all projects at Potluck come to life – starting with concepting and creative development down to planning, executing and even producing on set. The role is well suited for someone looking to expand their knowledge of video production and strategy, while flexing their project management and creative skills. 

This position will start as a 3 month contract. After which, we plan to hire full-time.

Responsibilities Include

  • Concepting and brainstorming, working on strategy sessions with clients
  • Communicating with clients and collaborators. Act as the project liaison with the client to ensure alignment, Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate key meetings. WIth Excellent client facing/social skills
  • Developing strategy decks, video proposals, and more.
  • Producing shoots – assistant directing on set, coordinating, scheduling, managing budgets and timeline. 
  • Developing and crafting internal creative needs, instagram, website
  • Continuously assess processes to ensure growth and efficiency. proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating issues as needed

Your Background

  • 3-5 years as a producer/creative (agency experience preferred) delivering video projects, running photoshoots and more. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working within tight deadlines, plus experience with a fast paced environment and ability to pivot quickly based on strategic business needs. 
  • A creative problem solver who is a passionate, self starter constantly looking to better the process.
  • A comfort level with ambiguity and confidence in decision making.
  • An interest in telling stories, and knowledge of emerging media trends and digital technologies.
  • Ability to be independent when things are moving fast and productive during the time between projects.
  • Someone who approaches work with a positive attitude, is willing to take feedback in a productive and proactive manner.

Additional details:

Full time on site with WFH options

Will start with a 3 month contract before full commitment

Production Crew Needed for Upcoming Shoots

Job Description
A new production is assembling a skilled and reliable film crew across multiple cities for upcoming shoots. Roles are open for Production Assistants, Camera Operators with drone experience, and Audio Technicians. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team and contribute to a dynamic, creative set environment. Applicants must indicate the city they’re applying for: Cape Coral (FL), St. Augustine (FL), Orange Beach (AL), or Astoria (OR).

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to execute shoot-day operations

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of gear, locations, and production zones

  • Operate cameras or drones to capture high-quality footage (Cam Ops)

  • Record clean, crisp audio on set using professional equipment (Audio Techs)

  • Maintain a professional, on-time presence throughout production days

Requirements

  • Previous on-set experience in your applied role

  • Ability to travel to one of the listed production cities

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • For Cam Ops: drone experience and access to drone kit

  • For Audio Techs: own audio kit

Compensation

  • Production Assistant: $220/12

  • Camera Operator/Drone: $650/12 + $150 drone kit fee

  • Audio Technician: $650/12 + $300 kit fee
