Position Overview:
Last Crumb thrives in our willingness to take chances. Last Crumb demands perfection in every aspect of the brand. From the cookies, to packaging, to photography, copywriting, collaborations and activations. As the Creative Director, you will be the guardian of our brand’s visual identity, both online and offline, at all times. Last Crumb is only in our third year of business, but we’ve identified ourselves as the most luxurious player in the field, and we must continue to justify that crown with every activation we do. The ideas we create should not only drive eyeballs to Last Crumb, but also hit our ideal clientele.
What You’ll Do:
⦁ Ideate new concepts and creative ideas that are innovative and align with our brand ethos. You set the tone for forward-thinking, positive, and an industry-leading creative organization.
⦁ Translate business and marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. We must always continue to WOW ourselves.
⦁ Work with the social media team to make sure we are on the absolute cutting edge of viral, fun and engaging content and activations.
⦁ Shoot the moon for elite collaborations. Last Crumb should become a brand luxury companies aspire to work with.
⦁ Manage the creative team and help them guide their functions, which include copy, design, photo, video and creative production.
⦁ Work with the Senior Director of Marketing to prioritize briefs and creative work and find efficiencies in creative workflow.
⦁ Have the ability to roll up sleeves and jump into a project with the understanding of when to delegate.
⦁ Create and oversee the evolution of our brand and voice guidelines and ensure they are adopted throughout the company and with agency partners.
⦁ Provide creative quality control over concepts and execution, assessing creative work to ensure ideas are as powerful in reality as they are in concept
⦁ Work with our digital marketing team and lead the strategy of creating industry leading video and photography content and how to best optimize those assets for brand awareness and paid media.
⦁ Work with the Senior Director of Marketing to oversee the creative budget, with a proven ability to deliver excellence on modest budgets.
⦁ Manage external creative agencies & resources.

⦁ Natural ability to identify and nurture ideas & talent.
⦁ Understanding of digital, social, PR, experiential, emerging platforms, and the evolving media landscape.
⦁ Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite & other design tools.
⦁ Someone who is a master of understanding our customer archetype and being able to dissect what truly interests them and how to conceptualize ideas with that in mind.

⦁ Strong understanding and experience with the creative process and how to evaluate creative output in design, art direction, and copy.
⦁ Experienced in managing a department budget. This would include production savviness, knowing how to work within budgetary constraints.
