LHH is seeking a Sales Manager for their expanding client in Salt Lake City. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a growing sales team, while making a huge impact within the sports and entertainment industry for a world class manufacturer. We’re looking for an engaging individual that is passionate about sales and leading teams. Must have a client centric approach that inspires others and gets customers excited about the product.
Compensation includes a base salary between $100,000 and $110,0000 plus bonus up to 30%. Full medical benefits including 401K + matching, PTO, company paid holidays are available.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategy for a team of Inside Sales and Sales Support staff
• Monitor sales metrics and generate reporting for senior leadership
• Manage the sales process (lead generation, closing)
• Help Sales team to close complex deals in a B2B and B2C environment
• Coach, develop, and provide ongoing guidance to team
• Collaborate with the Operations/Warehouse team to ensure orders are shipped accurately according to orders
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10+ years of experience within sales with track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• 2+ years of management experience
