In this role, you will utilize your experience to direct and manage the companies inside sales team focusing on customer service, human resources, and administrative activities. You will be a hands-on manager, who leads by example and possesses a strong sales leadership background in all levels of the retail LBM industry to ensure profitability while encouraging the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience working for a pro-dealer or independent lumber yard, strong management skills, be results-oriented, dedicated, and motivated to succeed.
