Casting Call for Female Motorcyclist – Non-Union Project
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced female motorcyclist for an upcoming commercial project promoting a pain relief cream. This is a non-union project, and no prior acting experience is required. The role is non-speaking, focusing on showcasing the rider’s ability to confidently handle a motorcycle.
Role:
- Character Description: Female motorcyclist, 48 to 65 years old, Black, non-speaking.
- Skills Required: Must have real motorcycle riding experience. Open to both experienced and beginner riders, as long as you can convincingly appear to ride a motorcycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray a confident motorcyclist in both video and still photography sessions.
- Follow the direction of the production team to ensure the best presentation for both the product and the project’s vision.
- Participate in a fitting session prior to the shoot to ensure proper wardrobe and safety gear.
Requirements:
- Demographic: Female, 48 to 65 years old, Black.
- Must have experience riding a motorcycle (beginner to experienced levels are acceptable).
- Comfortable appearing in video and still photography as part of the project.
- Able to work in Toronto, ON for one day of shooting.
- Must be available for a self-tape audition and virtual callback if selected.
Compensation:
- Fitting: $75 (for 2 hours).
- Principal Session: $1,500 for video and still photography session.
- Usage Fee: $3,000 for video and still photography usage.
- Video Usage: 1-year worldwide (web, organic & paid social, new media, industrial, non-exclusive). Additional fees if extended to the second year.
- Stills Usage: Licensing up to 18 months for North America, excluding broadcast.
