We’re working with a highly successful property and investments firm currently expanding its marketing and design team with the addition of a new Art Director role.
This role will work closely with the VP of Marketing to take responsibility for the design and production of marketing materials at corporate, project and property levels.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create, edit and update print and digital visuals to deliver exceptional marketing collateral
- Provide art direction and manage deliverables from external creative vendors to ensure visual assets are of a consistently high quality
- Handle all in-house production requests
- Manage external vendor budgets
Required experience:
- Expert capability across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio to accompany
- Ability to understand brand essence and appropriately apply style guidelines
- Experience in the professional services / corporate industry would be beneficial

Compensation Details:
- Ultra-low-budget rates in accordance with ULB guidelines. Specific rates will be provided upon offer.
