Responsibilities
- Lead design team in conceptualizing and producing fresh, compelling graphics across various mediums, including social media (ads and organic), email marketing, print marketing collateral, and more
- Understand campaign initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Prioritize across design team projects to meet creative deadlines and report to Director of Marketing
- Maintain industry awareness and keep up with competitive social media landscape and market trends
- Full time commitment
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design or similar design fields
- 3-5 years of experience on a design team (not solo freelance)
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates relevant experience
- Management skills that encourage and build team morale
- Ability to balance and prioritize across multiple projects, be open to feedback, and adapting to direction
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects/Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience designing successful social media campaigns
