The Senior Social Media and Influencer Manager will be responsible for overseeing all social media channels, distributing content and bringing to life a strong brand story. This role will also be managing our ambassador/influencer program! We are looking for an experienced individual to bring story telling, creative ideas, community building, and other initiatives to our current marketing program and expand the tribe!

Responsibilities
- Actively source, evaluate, pitch, and negotiate strong partnerships with social influencers with an emphasis on micro to mid-tier creators at scale.
- Oversee social media marketing content team
- Experience on LTK, Share a sale, Grin, etc.
- Work cross functionally with buyers to push product across necessary channels
- Track ROI across UTM links, discount codes, and other revenue driving functionalities across all web and print.
- Quarterly strategy proposals presented to CEO
- Weekly Digital Marketing Meetings
- Coordinating Ad Creative and Content to go Live
- Strong ability to create and teach voice on copy to stand out.
- Work within Google Analytics to pull reports daily
- Manage and foster long term relationships with our existing influencer partner community and influencer community.
- Track deliverables and content for each partnership
- Manage communication and gifting for the Ambassador program each month on GRIN platform.Â
- Respond to all potential influencer inquiries and Identify potential new Influencer partners to help expand the program
- Maintain and track budgeting monthly and quarterlyÂ
- Establish whitelisting contracts and work cross functionally with the digital marketing team.Â
- Track influencer posts to ensure efficiency of the running campaigns.
- Maintain awareness of the brands’ initiatives and develop influencer strategies to support those initiatives.
- Assist with planning and promoting for events and pop-up activations
- Represent the brand at activations creating strong relationships with influencers and customers
- Set up marketing initiatives in NYC Showroom to drive community
- Oversee and maintain budgets
- Maintain and organize influencer platform
- Research industry and social media trends and Identify top performing organic tagged content.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to influencer performance marketing and social media marketing.
- Dedicated experience in direct influencer communication across all social platforms at the mid-macro tier negotiating level
- Commission and affiliate link platforms
- LTK
- Dedicated experience in Social Media Marketing Management
- DTC and Retail Fashion e-commerce brand experience
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in communications, marketing, or public relations preferred.
- Experience with influencer communication as well as with managers and agencies.
- Deep understanding of social mediaÂ
- Experience with GRIN and Shopify is a plus
- An understanding of paid social media advertising.
- Fashion industry experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Fast learning and extremely solution oriented.
- Experience using various social media platforms.
- Ability to assist the CEO with daily tasks as needed
