Luckie is looking for a Creative Director/Design Director with the talent to lead our design teams, the experience to think strategically and the hunger to do the best work of their career.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Help us make fun work that real people talk about
  • Create social, digital, TV, and experiential campaigns.
  • Come up with great ideas outside of traditional media.
  • Work directly with your ECD and clients.
  • Help recruit, mentor, and grow a team of creative talent.
  • Hang out with great people in our brand new downtown HQ across from Monday Night Brewing and the ballpark.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

You’re a super-talented designer/art director who can create and lead smart, innovative, and visually stunning work. You’re indispensable to your clients because you understand their business and have a strong creative point of view. You help guide the strategy that will inspire your teams and you give great feedback. In addition to an impeccable design aesthetic, you also have an amazingly positive attitude and find ways to do great creative even in tough situations. When it comes to production, you’re a pro who can handle shoots and edits. You really take pride in mentoring and helping the teams under you do their best. Oh, and you don’t believe in luck.

  • A graduate of an ad portfolio school or ad program at a 4-year college or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years experience at an agency.
  • A great site full of interesting, fresh, beautifully art-directed ads.
  • Hunger to do great work.
  • A fun person who loves being part of a team.
