You help guide the strategy that will inspire your teams and you give great feedback. In addition to an impeccable design aesthetic, you also have an amazingly positive attitude and find ways to do great creative even in tough situations. When it comes to production, you’re a pro who can handle shoots and edits. You really take pride in mentoring and helping the teams under you do their best. Oh, and you don’t believe in luck.
- A graduate of an ad portfolio school or ad program at a 4-year college or equivalent.
- 5-7 years experience at an agency.
