Responsibilities:
- Report to PR & Social Media Manager and Influencer Manager
- Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for our brand
- Develop and execute PR campaigns
- Build and maintain media and influencer contact lists
- Build and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain organization and upkeep of product closet
- Coordinate product send outs to media, influencers and brand partners/vendors
- Maintain photography/product inventory tracker
- Research, compile and source materials for mailers and events
- Draft meeting agendas/recaps
- Schedule/organize team calendars
- Proactively seek opportunities for the brand, keeping up to date with trends and behaviorsÂ
About you:Â
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience, previous internship experience in PR and media relations preferred
- Naturally proactive, with outstanding attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills
- A people person, skilled at building and nurturing relationships, with proven experience in supportive team management
- Ability to both balance many priorities and act resourcefully, all while maintaining a positive attitude
