Award winning, full service Marketing and Advertising company located in Downtown Tampa is seeking a Senior Art Director to join our innovative team. The Senior Art Director is responsible for the visual aspects of advertisements across a campaign, whether it is outdoor, digital display, direct mail, point of sale, display banners or TV/online video ads. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, as well as collaborating with team members from junior level to executive level. This person should display a desire to create breakthrough original work that is relevant, resonating, and remembered, regardless of assignment. The role reports to our Executive Creative Director, and takes guidance from an Associate Creative Director or Creative Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter.
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
  • Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.
  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.
  • Present completed ideas to clients/team members.
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant education and ideally 5-8 years of experience in an advertising agency environment.
  • Proven conceptual experience as an Art Director.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong online portfolio of past and current work.
  • Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, and packaging design.
  • Experience supervising video/still photography production and editing.
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, with working knowledge of After Effects, 3D animation, video editing, and other visual design software a plus.
  • Digital display (static & animated) experience required; HTML experience a plus. 
  • Able to incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Contingent on passing pre-employment drug screening and background check.

A Los Angeles-based production team is hiring an experienced Sound Operator to join the crew for a YouTube docu-series centered on real human stories — exploring empathy, conflict, and connection through immersive, emotional storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Record clear, high-quality audio during on-location shoots.

  • Collaborate closely with the director, DP, and editor to maintain consistent sound design and tone.

  • Set up and manage all sound recording equipment, including boom mics, lavaliers, and mixers.

  • Ensure proper sound levels, minimize background noise, and troubleshoot technical issues during filming.
