About The Role
We are looking for a creative Social Media Producer to help us take our short-form content to the next level across all social media platforms. You will tap into your imaginative mindset to collaborate with our social team in creating engaging, funny, and relatable short-form videos that elevates our game content and resonates with current fans across all social platforms.

What You’ll Work On
Our goal is to get our game content everywhere all at once. We need someone who has an impeccable social media instinct, is consistently in-the-know of internet trends, and has an understanding of social platform algorithms. The ideal candidate will all be able to conceptualize content that would be well received and be appropriate for all audiences.
Projects include and are not limited to:

- Tiktoks / IG Reels + stories
Responsibilities
- Work with the creative and social teams to design and oversee videos from start to finish – beginning with initial concept to final video deliverables
- Apply creative cohesiveness while directing and editing video content
- Work closely with the social content team, creatives, and various stakeholders on multiple projects concurrently and manage varying deadlines and tight localization schedules
- Maintain consistent creative quality in deliverables in line with our brand
- Work with international teams to align on content
- Collaborate with Community, Social Media, and Marketing to create video drop schedule
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in producing short-form content for social media
- A person of the internet with an understanding of social personas and PC representations (Gen Z, Millennials, etc)
- A love of visual storytelling
- Capturing and sourcing additional images, in-game video, and assets as needed
- Strong understanding as to what captures the users attention and keeps them engaged
- Must have a website/portfolio that exhibits professional work experience and an understanding of video design in the social media space
- Fluent in using all social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Video editing skills with an understanding of motion graphics
- Proficient in video editing software like iMovie, Final Cut Pro, and/or Adobe Premiere Pro CC
- Understanding of different media formats and requirements for each type of social platform
- Outstanding design skills with the ability to guide, evaluate, and if necessary, redirect creative development
- Knowledgeable in gaming
