You Will:
- Lead and inspire an integrated creative team across all creative disciplines
- Developing and evolving relevant creative strategies for both the agency and their clients
- Develop campaigns across digital channels, CRM, advertising, sponsorship, influencers and PR
- Work closely with the experience leader to innovate the creation of ideas across channels and customer journeys
- Offer thought leadership and a voice in the industry
- Champion craft skills and developing the creative team personally and professionally
- Future proofing the agencies creative product and offering through innovation in areas such as social media, content creation, branding and PR
- Contribute to New Business Development and ideas
You Have:
- Min 6-8 years of experience in creative marketing and communications agencies, with the majority being spent working across digital channels
- Proven experience of delivering innovative campaigns across channels
- A rich and varied creative portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills and a nurturing nature
- A passion learning about consumer behavior and their motivations
- Inspiration from a changing world of channel usage and understanding of creative communications
- A proactive mindset in searching out new communications channels and tactics for reaching consumers
