MALKA is seeking a Creative Post Producer with experience producing content and owning creativity in post-production alongside commercial brands and managing client goals, delivering unique digital content for our commercial productions. We’re looking for a highly creative, strategic thinker to work in harmony with editors and animators in the post process through delivery while ensuring that all elements conform to the brand. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Develop and execute scripts, papercuts, edit notes, and staffing plans for multiple edits
  • Main creative lead for the post-production process through delivery
  • Review and maintain a thorough knowledge of all media shots, created or ingested
  • Support Creative Story Producer and other creatives, ensuring the concept sold through in the pitch/development/production stage is delivered to the client 
  • Communicate with internal and client teams effectively to ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met on schedule 
  • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to meet project milestones, internal team needs, client expectations, and feedback 
  • Construct clear and concise written and verbal communications that provide the details required for both project stakeholders and the post-production team 
  • Manage and/or mentor editors
  • Manage client expectations and track feedback very closely

Qualifications: 

  • 2-3+ years of work experience in a client-facing organization or post-production agency 
  • Experience in leading creative for projects 
  • Possess a strong creative perspective and an impressive reel demonstrating a range of creative executions 
  • A deep understanding of production and post-production processes 
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills are required 
  • Must be able to manage client expectations and feedback, while staying on schedule and following all required legal requirements between agencies and partners 
  • Knowledge of edit, VFX and design process and platforms

  • Upload deliverables to client servers such as SharePoint and Aspera
  • Manage internal trackers for shows

Position Summary

Electric Monster is seeking associate creative producers to join our team. You are smart, ingenious with creative solutions, and meticulous with research. This role is a part of the Creative Department reporting to the head of creative, but temporarily reports to the Post-Production Supervisor. This role would guide creative for our growing team of illustrators, assistant animators, and animators. This position leads creatively on our original content and brainstorms song/episode ideas in collaboration with the strategy department. This role will greenlight ideas into production, give direction to songwriters, review lyrics, and visualize them with input from the Strategy and Creative Department for input on the format. Key Responsibilities

Major Duties And Responsibilities

Project Management / Producing – Proactively manage multiple design and video projects for all lines of business within the marketing organization.

  • Must be an effective liaison between various stakeholders within Crunchyroll as well as external agencies and vendors.
  • Plan and schedule kick-offs, review sessions and presentations based on project schedule.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, strategists, VP, CDs, and ACDs to ensure projects stay on target.
  • Create detailed notes and next steps. Responsible for regular project updates, including but not limited to budget, schedule, resources, and progress on deliverables.

  • Build a positive relationship throughout the project with lines of business and channel marketers.
  • Proactively anticipate and address project needs with appropriate solutions. Participate in review sessions and presentations to help further the overall project goals.

New Project Facilitation – Define marketing project expectation and goals in collaboration with key project stakeholders.

  • Create, iterate, and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets in order to achieve project alignment and approval.
  • Build a detailed project plan within the project management system (Wrike), including internal and licensor review considerations, budget, schedule, deliverables, and creative team assigned.
  • Maintain familiarity with entertainment industry culture and marketing project management tools and processes.
  • Exhibit a willingness to take on responsibilities outside of their job description and the ability to respond to business demands in a fast-paced environment.

Work Requirements:

  • 3+ years in project management in entertainment marketing services, creative service agencies, network promotions or a similar field (broadcast, digital, print, and experiential a plus)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company; Media and Entertainment experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication, strong collaboration, problem solving, time and project management

We are seeking intelligent, organized, resourceful and energetic NYC-based candidates to support the Empire Entertainment team in the creation and management of live and virtual events. Responsibilities

  • Support Producers in coordinating, planning, managing, and producing events
  • Conduct research for event elements including potential venues, talent, entertainment, guest services, innovative event and décor concepts, new technologies, branding initiatives, permitting requirements, etc., and update company databases with all new information
  • Support Producers in building venue, talent, and creative proposals for new and current clients

  • Complete oversight for the newscasts and all content across our multiple platforms, including story selection, production and newsroom management while implementing innovative strategies to be competitive in the NY market
