This role works directly with clients and the internal development teams to produce games & interactive experiences for the entertainment industry’s leading companies. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with experience across a broad range of development platforms and frameworks. This person is a team player and passionate about bringing cutting-edge games and interactive experiences to the masses.
Responsibilities
- Manage project deliverables against allotted production parameters and deadlinesÂ
- Collaborate with studio designers, artists, and gameplay engineers to execute polished gameplay experiences
- Plan project goals and deliverables, ensuring the development studio is unblocked and prepared for success
- Work with Lead Producers to identify project level of effort and upcoming deliverable dates
- Track project progress against schedule/scope requirements through project management systems (JIRA, etc)
- Drive regular client-facing meetings and delegate client feedback to appropriate internal teams
- Facilitate client and cross-team communications across multiple mediums such as JIRA, Slack, Email, etc.
- Formulate & iterate on process methods over time
- Host regular meetings to keep teams informed on status & next steps
Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience as a coordinator/associate producer in game development or interactive entertainmentÂ
- Experience working in project management software such as JIRA, Teams, Confluence, etc.Â
- Strong passion for gaming and interactive entertainmentÂ
- Self-motivated individual who is detail-orientedÂ
- Excellent interpersonal skillsÂ
- Proactive ability to work independently and efficientlyÂ
- Ability to multitask/work on several intensive tasks at onceÂ
- Understanding of game development processes and pipelines
