If so… Floor 84 Studio is looking for a Los Angeles-based Associate Producer. This role works directly with clients and the internal development teams to produce games & interactive experiences for the entertainment industry’s leading companies. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with experience across a broad range of development platforms and frameworks. This person is a team player and passionate about bringing cutting-edge games and interactive experiences to the masses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project deliverables against allotted production parameters and deadlines 
  • Collaborate with studio designers, artists, and gameplay engineers to execute polished gameplay experiences
  • Plan project goals and deliverables, ensuring the development studio is unblocked and prepared for success
  • Work with Lead Producers to identify project level of effort and upcoming deliverable dates
  • Track project progress against schedule/scope requirements through project management systems (JIRA, etc)
  • Drive regular client-facing meetings and delegate client feedback to appropriate internal teams
  • Facilitate client and cross-team communications across multiple mediums such as JIRA, Slack, Email, etc.
  • Formulate & iterate on process methods over time
  • Host regular meetings to keep teams informed on status & next steps

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience as a coordinator/associate producer in game development or interactive entertainment 
  • Experience working in project management software such as JIRA, Teams, Confluence, etc. 
  • Strong passion for gaming and interactive entertainment 
  • Self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Proactive ability to work independently and efficiently 
  • Ability to multitask/work on several intensive tasks at once 
  • Understanding of game development processes and pipelines

Job Description
A new production is assembling a skilled and reliable film crew across multiple cities for upcoming shoots. Roles are open for Production Assistants, Camera Operators with drone experience, and Audio Technicians. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team and contribute to a dynamic, creative set environment. Applicants must indicate the city they’re applying for: Cape Coral (FL), St. Augustine (FL), Orange Beach (AL), or Astoria (OR).

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to execute shoot-day operations

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of gear, locations, and production zones

  • Operate cameras or drones to capture high-quality footage (Cam Ops)

  • Record clean, crisp audio on set using professional equipment (Audio Techs)

  • Maintain a professional, on-time presence throughout production days

Requirements

  • Previous on-set experience in your applied role

  • Ability to travel to one of the listed production cities

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • For Cam Ops: drone experience and access to drone kit

  • For Audio Techs: own audio kit

Compensation

  • Production Assistant: $220/12

  • Camera Operator/Drone: $650/12 + $150 drone kit fee

  • Audio Technician: $650/12 + $300 kit fee
