Oprah’s podcast team is seeking inspiring women founders and business leaders from the Northeast United States to participate in a meaningful conversation with Emma Grede on The Oprah Podcast. This opportunity invites successful women in business to share authentic experiences, personal challenges, and valuable insights on leadership, motherhood, work-life balance, and mentorship. Selected participants will have the chance to contribute to an engaging discussion about navigating entrepreneurship and leadership as a woman while sharing their stories with a large podcast audience.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a podcast conversation with Emma Grede about women in business and leadership.
• Share personal experiences related to entrepreneurship, professional growth, and leadership challenges.
• Discuss topics such as motherhood, mom guilt, and maintaining work-life balance.
• Reflect on influential mentors and meaningful mentorship experiences.
• Offer authentic perspectives on the challenges and opportunities of leading a company as a woman.
• Engage in thoughtful discussions that inspire and connect with podcast listeners.

Requirements

• Must be a woman founder or hold a senior leadership position at a company.
• Must be based in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, or Massachusetts.
• Have firsthand experience navigating business leadership or entrepreneurship.
• Be comfortable discussing personal and professional experiences in a podcast setting.
• Have meaningful insights into topics such as work-life balance, motherhood, mentorship, or leadership.
• Be willing to share authentic stories and perspectives with a broad audience.
