Pasadena City College is seeking an experienced livestream professional or production team to manage and broadcast a student fashion show. The production will require approximately three camera angles and a live stream of a one-hour event. Applicants should have their own professional equipment and experience handling multi-camera live productions.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a live stream for a student fashion show.
- Provide and operate professional livestreaming and camera equipment.
- Manage approximately three camera angles throughout the event.
- Attend a rehearsal prior to the event, including setup and breakdown.
- Coordinate with event organizers to ensure a smooth broadcast.
- Handle technical aspects of live production, including switching, streaming, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Proven experience with live event streaming and video production.
- Access to professional livestreaming and camera equipment.
- Ability to manage a multi-camera production setup.
- Strong technical knowledge of live broadcast workflows.
- Reliable communication and professional work ethic.
- Ability to complete setup, operation, and breakdown of equipment.
Compensation Details
- Compensation is negotiable.

- Rate should include:
- One-hour fashion show livestream.
- One rehearsal day with approximately three hours of rehearsal.

Job Responsibilities
- Engage with event attendees and generate excitement around featured products.
- Proactively approach visitors and initiate conversations.
- Help drive traffic to the booth and attract potential customers.
- Share basic product information about camping trailers, grills, and outdoor lifestyle products.
- Support the event team throughout the expo.
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence during event hours.
Requirements
- Highly outgoing, energetic, and professional personality.
- Comfortable approaching and interacting with strangers.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full event schedule.
- Interest in outdoor recreation, camping, overlanding, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Ability to stand and engage with attendees throughout the event.
Compensation Details
- $180 per day
- 30-minute lunch break provided.
