We are delighted to be offering a 16 month Apprenticeship in our Surgery division at the QMC, Nottingham- NG7 2UH
In the role of Apprentice Colleague Engagement Officer, you will be completing the Level 3 Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship which provides you with a great qualification, along with real hands on experience.
Working within the #NUHSurgery People team you will be responsible for carrying forward our social media strategy, finding new and innovative ways to connect with, inspire and excite our colleagues.
You will create written and digital content and become the go to person for our Surgery intranet site, helping it become the first port of call for colleagues any information they need.
You will be an important part of our work on improving Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity – helping devise and promote initiatives across a range of platforms.

The Colleague Engagement Officer Apprenticeship provides hands on experience alongside gaining a qualification in Content Production.
You will be supported to gain confidence and competency in the fundamentals of content production along with your development of knowledge and skills through your academic learning.
You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the qualification and job role, with 80% of the time working and 20% of the time towards your study.

Position Summary
The Producer will work with Strategy, Creative and Technology teams on the development of digital deliverables, most commonly websites. The Producer will work collaboratively to develop solutions and execute production efforts to help brands achieve their digital goals and will work to ensure projects are delivered on time, according to specifications, and on budget. While reporting to an Executive Producer, the Producer will serve as a conduit and partner to Technology, Creative, Strategy and New Business.
This individual is expected to document and track features and functionality throughout the lifecycle of a project, manage the QA process, including visual and functional QA during development, all the way through launch and post-launch, as well as create CMS training materials for clients where applicable. - Work with L2 resources to get the RCA for P1 and P2 issues
- Update KT for any new Issues and set up process to proactive alert and fix for issues
- Mentor L1 and L2 team for any issues that they need help and guidance
- Identify any potential issues in platform and propose the fix/solution with team.
- Monitor the Changes scheduled and look for any potential impact which could be caused.
- Monitor the new Hotfix and Release of Genesys products and recommend the upgrade
