What are we looking for?
A Staff Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to develop and expand an automation platform that supports a complex array of user-facing products in the shopping, ecommerce, and creator marketing industry, which spans native iOS apps, frontend websites, and backend services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build maintainable automation platforms, tools, reporting, and related infrastructure for use throughout this global organization
- Leverage concurrent testing strategies to deliver valuable insights as quickly as possible
- Perform automated testing of new releases for customer facing applications.
- Prioritize build pipeline health and maximize uptime for critical systems
- Advocate for development and quality best practices, code quality, and testing tools throughout the organization
- Review functional and technical documentation in order to identify requirements for the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute all components of product testing such as functional, regression, end-to-end testing, performance, and load testing.

Minimum Requirements
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go.
- Being able to prioritize teams testing efforts (manual, automation, security, performance)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Elk, Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana.
- 10+ years of experience developing enterprise test automation frameworks/harnesses (Appium, Cypress, Selenium, Pytest, etc).
- Experience creating test automation for native iOS apps, backend services (primarily REST APIs), and frontend web applications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in rapid, continuous product releases (every 2-4 weeks) highly preferred.
- Experience in creating automation test cases, test plans, and test scripts
- Fluent in a containerization solution like Docker, rkt, Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines like Github Actions, CircleCI, TravisCI, Jenkins
- Cloud solutions like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Strong engineering background, with a focus on patterns over tools

- Five plus years of graphic design experience, specifically in the areas of brand marketing and social media asset creation. Preferably in a fashion, ecommerce or agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Exhibit an expert understanding of direct marketing principles as demonstrated through a wide-ranging portfolio, with an emphasis on email and paid/organic social media campaigns. Please provide a link to your website or a PDF showcasing 10+ examples of relevant work.
- Experience creating content for Instagram Stories and Reels, Facebook, and TikTok
- Experience filming and editing social content, using in-app and 3rd party tools
- Ability to conceptualize and present ideas to internal stakeholders
- You excel at information design, and can make complex ideas easy to understand
- A strong interest in social and cultural trends and emerging digital technologies
- Capacity to quickly react to changing priorities, timelines, and direction
- Ability to respond to feedback and synthesize information from multiple sources, translating it into creative solutions
- Team player who can partner across multiple teams and accept different points of view and feedback
- A process-driven approach to creative problem solving. Comfortable working within established frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, and InVision
- Knowledge of After Effects, Premier, and Canva preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 by date of hire to be considered
