Skybound is looking for an outstanding interactive Associate Producer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with great people on a wide variety of projects then this job is for you.

The Associate Producer will support the Producer and Executive Producer with the day-to-day management of external development teams, forging strong, successful partnerships between development and publishing resources. They will also take on project lead responsibilities for small projects the team is managing by working directly with Development, QA, Legal, and Marketing to drive the project(s) from start to completion in a short period of time.

Reports: Producer and Executive Producer

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage stakeholder reviews, relationship management, and general creative process between developer, publishing, and external partners
  • Reviewing all milestones for quality and gameplay
  • Build playthroughs and write-ups and documentation review at each milestone
  • Assistance with managing external vendors, requesting agreements, processing invoices
  • Overseeing the QA, localization, live production, and customer service processes with our internal and external teams
  • Communicating updates to all necessary teams
  • Potential developer site visits
  • Supporting the Producer and Executive Producers in other videogame projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of video game production

Summary:

As an Executive Producer you will be responsible for helping build and drive the vision and business objectives for your product slate. This will include managing relationships across NBC Universal teams, affiliate brands and external partners, to create profitable games and digital activations in alignment with our global strategy. You will own the execution of the products through all phases of the development cycle, from concept, pre-production through to global release and live operations. As Executive Producer, you will be hands-on in the development of games and also play a leadership role within the department by managing a high-performing team. The EP reports to the SVP of Production and works with all business stakeholders both internally and externally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help develop and drive the vision for the business around a portfolio of products and digital activations derived from NBC Universal intellectual properties.
  • Oversee the development and production of successful products and activations through understanding best in class creative, process, analytics, as well as a deep knowledge of the competitive marketplace and how to create opportunity within it.
  • Ensure the execution and quality of live operations including prioritized roadmaps, optimization, and monetization as well as applicable strategies for testing product iterations.
  • Manage the team while maintaining close communication with external developers or partners to ensure they meet deadlines, objectives, and quality standards.
  • Create strong, positive relationships with the broader NBC Universal company, including peers, brand, and franchise partners across broader NBC Universal to achieve beneficial solutions and deep understanding of the intellectual properties.
  • Partner with the leadership team to deliver on short and long-term development and strategy objectives by translating those into clear and communicable operational and action plans.
  • Provide regular risk assessment and define mitigation strategies to deliver product/activation strategies and monetization goals.
  • Create a culture to develop, inspire, attract and retain high performing team members.
  • Look for new opportunities in developing areas of the games and digital markets, leveraging advanced technologies such as blockchain and NFT’s. Develop a deep understanding of these constantly evolving spaces and provide paths to activate using NBC Universal intellectual property to sustain and grow our overall business and engage fans.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 10+ years relevant work experience including a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Senior Producer or Director developing digital interactive products or experiences.

• 4+ years’ experience managing cross-discipline teams.

• Must have a passion for games and strong understanding of the free-to-play mobile market, console/AAA game space. Development in blockchain/NFT’s a plus.

• Understanding of key metrics for digital interactive products including, but not limited to monthly active users (MAU), daily active users (DAU), average revenue per paying user (ARPPU), average revenue per install (ARPI), conversion rates and how these metrics can and will impact the product strategy.

• Strong track record overseeing published products, live operated services and/or games as a service.

• Proven track record in building highly effective interpersonal business relationships and generating business in a highly matrixed organization.

• Ability to project manage and work effectively under deadlines and in complex business environments through collaboration and utilizing supporting and partner teams.

Main Duties

The Associate Producer will work alongside the feature finishing producing team in a supporting capacity. The Producing team is responsible for oversight and management of the feature finishing production process from initial pre-pro phase through conform, color and delivery. • Responsible for the end to end production of all creative output.

Position Summary

The Snapchat Producer/Editor is a brand new role for the REACT team and will be involved in every aspect of producing content for existing and soon-to-launch Snapchat channels.

We’re seeking someone who’s overly passionate about digital content for the Gen Z audience. The ideal candidate is genuinely excited to keep up with the latest multi-platform trends, and is looking for an opportunity to make a name for themselves in the world of digital content creation. A passion for TikTok content in particular is a must. Responsibilities include researching content, pitching episode topics, writing scripts, prepping for shoots, interviewing on-camera talent, editing episodes, giving notes on edits from other Snap editors, providing feedback and ideas for Snapchat tiles, QCing projects, improving current show formats, and collaborating on platform strategy with the Snapchat Strategy team.

All production is executed in our Burbank studios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying trending topics to cover that drive high engagement for a Snapchat audience
  • Researching and writing scripts
  • Working with other editors and producers to guide the creative vision with a focus on relevant editing style
  • Managing the daily and weekly creative cadence schedules (working closely with Creative and Production teams)
  • Assisting with the physical production of shoots, including interviewing talent
  • Editing episodes for Snapchat channels, providing notes and feedback for other Snap editors

OVERVIEW:

The Entertainment & Influencer Marketing Manager role, will be responsible for the brand’s Entertainment and Influencer Marketing Strategy outside of the Gymshark Sponsorship roster.   • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and talent.
  • Proactively identify and drive opportunities to grow and expand the brand’s entertainment and influencer reach.
  • Responsible for the annual entertainment & influencer marketing budget.
  • Set up and manage ongoing reporting process to give visibility to content, ROI, social metrics & other KPIS.
  • Responsible for building & utilizing data & insights by growing the entertainment and influencer database and ensuring this is kept up to date and GDPR compliant.
  • Provide & oversee creative content solutions to support campaigns & new product launches – from concept to delivery.

Management and Support:

  • Manage, support & develop the entertainment and influencer strategy in NA.
  • Manage, develop, etc. one (1) Entertainment Associate Manager and one (1) Influencer Associate Manager
  • Responsible for planning, managing and communicating cross functionally to ensure availability of head count necessary to accomplish departmental business results with support from the NA and global team(s).

Collaboration:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders around the business – PR, Social, Sponsorship, Media, Trading, Insights, Commercial, Creative, Brand, Events, Finance & Legal.
  • Manage department wide projects throughout the quarter and year.
  • Collaborating with Insights to understand the social native within North America and build a strategy that will allow the brand to communicate with them as a result of the insights you gain.
  • Collaborating with leadership to ensure Entertainment and Influencer Marketing is at the forefront of our brand strategy.

Analytics:

  • Working with the insights team to develop industry leading data solutions & tools that will provide a clear value to the business from a content & influencer perspective.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Entertainment and Influencer marketing is essential
  • Proven experience working in an integrated agency environment with a solid understanding of Entertainment and Influencer Marketing
  • Must have existing relationships within the entertainment and influencer industries
  • Social media native – deep understanding in particular of Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Twitch, Snapchat, etc
  • You are inspired/passionate about the Gymshark brand
  • You have a strong team ethic (this is not a 9-5)
  • Can derive insight from data and comfortable manipulating and analysing data
  • Experience in funnel management, conversion and analytics
  • Experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Experience working with influencers
