Victoria Beckham Beauty is looking for a Creative Producer / Project Manager to help create globally used content for every touchpoint. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an eager content producer to help us create best in class moments for our customers to experience the VBB brand around the world. We need your help to produce studio shoots, collaborate with global creative partners, negotiate talent contracts and manage usage rights.
An ideal candidate has strong existing relationships with talent partners. They should be proactive, creative and capable of thinking through challenges and presenting thoughtful solutions. We’re looking for someone with a roll-up-your sleeves attitude, who is both strategic & delivery-oriented, to oversee multiple projects simultaneously from concept to execution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the end to end production of all creative output.
• Work closely with both internal and external creatives ensuring they are briefed in good time, clear on the brief & deliverables, and that assets are delivered on schedule.
• Work with the Marketing team to create and own the brand shoot calendar.
• Work cross functionally with the wider team with regards to having an oversight on creative
briefs, updating the team on project progress, relevant sign-offs and final delivery to all
relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with the Product Development team with regards to new product availability for
shoots.
• Attend project kick offs and define briefs with stakeholders; agree objectives, direction,
design specifications, timelines & budget.
 • Liaise with the VB fashion team with regards to shoot/event dates & product availability for crossover projects.
• Production of all shoots both independently and working with production partners.
- Book and option shoot teams and manage all shoot admin.
- Present team options to the Creative Director.
- Casting both independently & with a casting director and have a clear understanding of who the VB Beauty model is.
- Negotiate rates with confidence & a clear understanding of the industry.
- Attend shoots to ensure that the shoot day runs smoothly and to plan.
• Negotiate and secure all rights and licenses with suppliers for produced imagery.
• Full post production management for both stills & moving image and asset delivery/filing.
• Ensure projects are sufficiently resourced and flag to senior team if bottlenecks may occur.
• Constantly review creative processes and streamline when needed, ensuring the wider team understands the workflows in place.
• Ensure all the relevant approval meetings with the Creative Director are scheduled to allow projects to run smoothly.
• Master of timelines across significant projects.
• Budget management of all shoot budgets – Creation of shoot estimates & reconciling budgets post project & processing invoices.
• Set priorities to meet deadlines as well as troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Ensure all contracts with suppliers & collaborators are in place.
• Act as a brand guardian.
• Encourage discovery of new artists/talent, agencies, and visual ideas to support innovation
and evolution within the creative team.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Good black book of industry production contacts and strong relationships with artists & agents.
• Experience producing either in-house at a brand or an agency.
• Extensive on-set shoot production experience.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience within beauty creative production is beneficial.
• Clear understanding of image usages and market rates.
• Extensive experience of producing, enforcing and managing budgets.
• Excellent organization with an ability to manage a changing workload effectively to meet
deadlines within a fast-paced start-up environment.
• A calm and diplomatic person who is confident working with people at all levels.
• Clear communicator with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and adept at multitasking to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & Keynote.
