Skybound is looking for an outstanding interactive Associate Producer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with great people on a wide variety of projects then this job is for you.
The Associate Producer will support the Producer and Executive Producer with the day-to-day management of external development teams, forging strong, successful partnerships between development and publishing resources. They will also take on project lead responsibilities for small projects the team is managing by working directly with Development, QA, Legal, and Marketing to drive the project(s) from start to completion in a short period of time.
Reports: Producer and Executive Producer
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage stakeholder reviews, relationship management, and general creative process between developer, publishing, and external partners
- Reviewing all milestones for quality and gameplay
- Build playthroughs and write-ups and documentation review at each milestone
- Assistance with managing external vendors, requesting agreements, processing invoices
- Overseeing the QA, localization, live production, and customer service processes with our internal and external teams
- Communicating updates to all necessary teams
- Potential developer site visits
- Supporting the Producer and Executive Producers in other videogame projects as assigned
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of video game production
- Highly organized and self-directed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and a team player
- Fluent with Microsoft Office, Jira, Slack and Discord
- A love of games, from indie to AAA, both past and present
- Education or work experience in related fields that apply directly to job responsibilities
