Selected talent will appear in a commercial production and may receive additional usage compensation if featured in the final edit.

- Session Rate: $600 CAD
- Usage Rate: $6,000 CAD if featured in the final edit

A non-union commercial campaign for Red Wing Boots is now casting real children ages 3–9 in Los Angeles. Casting directors are specifically seeking kids who have a parent or family member working in a blue-collar trade that requires wearing Red Wing boots, such as iron workers, construction workers, carpenters, brick layers, and similar professions. Production is looking for outgoing, camera-friendly children with strong personalities and natural speaking ability.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in a commercial shoot for Red Wing Boots
- Appear naturally on camera while interacting with family members
- Follow production direction during filming
- Attend fitting and shoot dates as scheduled
- Deliver clear and comfortable on-camera performances
Requirements
- Children ages 3–9
- All genders and ethnicities welcome
- Must have a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or family member who works in a trade profession requiring Red Wing boots

Compensation
- $500 session rate
