Job Responsibilities
- Welcome attendees and create a positive guest experience

- Answer general guest questions in a friendly and professional manner
- Represent the financial services brand positively during each event
- Assist with unpacking and handling promotional materials as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting with attendees in a busy event environment
- Able to consistently lift boxes weighing approximately 20–30 pounds
- Must be comfortable completing a background screening
- Must be able to work in Forest Hills, New York
- Flexible availability across multiple events is preferred

Selected candidates must be available for mandatory onsite training and be flexible with AM, PM, and backup shifts during both Fan Week and Tournament Week.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout the US Open venue.
- Answer attendee questions and provide event directions.
- Distribute complimentary gifts and promotional materials.
- Help troubleshoot guest concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Represent the client professionally throughout the event.
- Attend mandatory onsite training before the tournament.
- Work assigned AM, PM, and backup shifts as scheduled.
Requirements
