Retail Client Holiday Event – Promotional Model

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome attendees and create a positive first impression at the holiday event.

- Engage with guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
- Assist event staff with product handling, setup, and general event operations as needed.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Must be physically capable of lifting product boxes weighing 20–30 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and remain mobile for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable undergoing a background screening.
- Must be able to work locally in New York City.
- Must be available for at least one of the following event shifts: Wednesday, October 28: 3:30 PM–10:00 PM or 3:30 PM–7:30 PM; Thursday, October 29: 12:30 PM–6:30 PM or 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.
Compensation
- Pay rate: $35 per hour.
- Up to $30 flat reimbursement for parking, public transportation, or rideshare expenses with a valid receipt.
Web Hosting Client – Promotional Model
A web hosting brand is seeking outgoing, energetic, and personable promotional models for an outdoor publicity event in New York City. Selected talent will serve as live brand ambassadors, walking through various NYC locations, interacting with the public, and generating excitement and awareness for the brand. This opportunity involves wearing provided promotional attire and large temporary tattoos as part of a high-visibility marketing activation. The event takes place on Thursday, October 22, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, in New York, NY 10005.
Job Responsibilities
- Represent a web hosting brand during an outdoor promotional activation in New York City.
- Walk through designated NYC locations while serving as live brand advertising.
- Engage with pedestrians and create positive interactions that generate brand awareness.
- Wear provided promotional attire and temporary tattoos throughout the activation.
- Maintain an enthusiastic, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Remain standing and mobile for extended periods during the event.

Brand Ambassador – Socal/Carson, California
Job Description
Event Staffing Live is booking Brand Ambassadors to represent a financial client during a Family Day event in Carson, CA 90746. The promotion takes place Saturday October 17th from 8:15am–12:15pm and Sunday October 18th from 8:30am–5:30pm. Times may change and shifts may vary, with preference given to the most flexible talent. Brand Ambassadors will welcome attendees, manage lines and check-ins, distribute gifts, assist with photo activations, and provide general event support.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome attendees and provide friendly, engaging event support.
- Assist with line management and guest check-ins.
- Distribute gifts to attendees.
- Support photo activations.
- Provide general support throughout the Family Day event.
- Stand and remain mobile for extended periods.
- Work assigned shifts on Saturday October 17th and/or Sunday October 18th.
