Casting Call: Sales Guy Talent for Richmond Ford Project

Job Detail: We are currently casting for a nonunion project for Richmond Ford, based in Richmond, VA. The project is scheduled for multiple dates in November, with anticipated shooting dates on November 14th and 15th. Specific role allocation for each day will be determined closer to the shoot.

Job Responsibilities: The selected talent will be responsible for portraying a Sales Guy character in the promotional content for Richmond Ford. This role requires delivering lines, exuding confidence and professionalism, and effectively conveying the key selling points of the products/services.

Job Details: We are currently casting for multiple roles for Episode 304 of the TV series “Payback”. The production will be filming in Knoxville from November 15-17, 2023. Please note that not all actors may be needed for all days of filming.

Additional Notes:

  • No scripted audio will be used in this production.
  • Actors must be comfortable with scripted violence and murder content.

Job Responsibilities: The selected actor will be responsible for portraying an EMS (Emergency Medical Services) professional in scripted scenes. This may involve responding to simulated emergencies, interacting with other characters, and handling prop medical equipment.

Casting Call: Newborn Baby Actor/Actress

Job Details: We are currently seeking a newborn baby (6 weeks old or younger) to play a special role in an upcoming feature film. The shooting schedule will involve only a couple of hours in late November. This is a paid role and the footage will be featured on the cinema screen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The baby will be required to appear on set for a short period of time, under the careful supervision of professional caregivers.
  • The baby’s primary responsibility is to be comfortable and content during the filming process, with the utmost priority placed on their safety and well-being.
  • The baby may be gently handled by trained professionals for scenes that require specific actions.

Requirements:

  • Age: 6 weeks old or younger at the time of shooting.

Position Overview:

The Director of the U.S. Democracy Programs supports the Kennedy Institute’s efforts to actively protect the principles and structures of American democracy and to support bipartisan and productive policy deliberation in the U.S. Senate and in all politics. These efforts include hosting discussions and convening national leaders, spearheading initiatives to improve how the Senate functions, overseeing the Institute’s fellowships program, and organizing events that educate the public about the role of the U.S. Senate in American democracy today. The Director is responsible for building and supporting a national network of individuals and organizations with expertise in the U.S. Senate, and the Director will work closely with the CEO to develop strategies to advance the Institute as a leader in ongoing national conversations about the upper chamber. The Director will oversee a new national program to map and support the nation’s elections infrastructure.

The Director of Democracy reports to the CEO. This is a hybrid position, and the Director should expect to be on-site at least 2 days per week.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of program activities, staff, and budget.
  • Work closely with the CEO to implement existing Democracy program initiatives and workstreams, which include bipartisan dialogue sessions at the Kennedy Cape House, the Senate Project, Senate 2030, JustVote, and a fellowship program.
  • Responsible for the successful execution of each Democracy work stream including the development of project management, subject matter content, background research, partnership development, and coordination with relevant Kennedy Institute team members.
  • Develop additional projects aimed at contributing to the advancement of the US Senate in consultation with the CEO.
  • Plan and organize public-facing events to raise the Kennedy Institute’s profile and create public education opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Development team to secure funding to support all U.S. Democracy program activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.

● Expertise in American democracy, politics, and the U.S. Senate through a minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience.
