We are looking for an Assistant Residuals Analyst. The Assistant Residuals Analyst is responsible for analyzing, preparing and processing residuals Setups and Payments for television, theatrical and new media products. The Residuals Analyst is responsible for the highest level of work performance, product quality standards, reliability, efficiency and client service, and for support and promotion of the Department and Company Goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Take ownership of assigned shows by knowing the product, asking questions, taking initiative to question what you receive and executing client requests in a timely and accurate manner to assure client, union and department deadlines are met.

· Offer innovative, effective solutions to optimize department efficiency; anticipate the needs of the client and residuals business processing.

· Review, analyze and utilize various types of documents and information from EP

Payroll, Residual systems and Clients.

· Determine and verify completeness and accuracy of residual terms for Setups and Payments. Identify missing information required.

· Analyze documents and calculate Setups and Payments in accordance with standard established guidelines.

· Determine the most direct, efficient solution to satisfy these requirements; achieve and sustain low return rate.

· Review and assess the needs and requirements for standard & non-standard residuals Setups and Payments.

· Identify, determine and propose the most direct, efficient, effective solution to satisfy these needs and requirements.

· If necessary, propose new solutions; prepare and process the residual Setups and Payments in accordance with new and/or established guidelines.

· Acquire a basic level of knowledge, application and retention of union contract

regulations, deadlines, industry standards and requirements governing

· Setups and Payments, internal procedures and processes, and computer system

· Keep current with any updates or changes relating to the above.

· Perform other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

· Support, promote and execute policies developed by the Department Executive.

· Contribute, support and promote unity, cooperation and harmony within the department to achieve common goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

· Bachelor’s Degree or industry/job experience equivalent.

· 0 – 2 years in contract administration, union and union employment contracts

· 0 – 2 years of Residual experience or equivalent industry/job experience.

· 0 – 2 years accounting/payroll experience, (entertainment industry preferred).

· Experience in and aptitude to learn the use of computer programs and applications including Microsoft Office particularly: Word, Excel, Outlook.

· Mathematics – High level of knowledge of arithmetic and its applications.

· Excellent Communication to include active listening; written and oral comprehension and expression.

· Complex Problem Solving – Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

· Overtime – Work as and when needed.

We are looking for a Residuals Associate Manager who will work with the Vice President of Residuals, the Residuals Manager, and other Residuals Associate Managers to develop, implement, and actively participate in show set ups. The Residuals Associate Manager will be directly responsible for the management and supervision of all residual set up operations for their team; including ensuring unrivaled accuracy and timeliness of residual show set ups and achieving exceptional client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide strong leadership, direction, and motivation to set ups analysts to achieve the highest levels of product accuracy and timeliness, client service, reliability, and integrity.

· Responsible for facilitating continuous employee growth and development, including training, coaching, and performance management.

· Collaborate with management to provide primary input on hiring, firing, promotion, and other performance decisions for direct reports.

· Oversee all aspects of the team’s residual show set ups, including regulating the team’s workload, establishing SMART goals, objectives, conducting forecasting, process optimization, and acting as a set ups liaison to clients and RAMs.

· Actively build knowledge of residual rules, internal systems, software applications, the end-to-end process, and other tools.

· Champion departmental and company-wide initiatives.

· Assist in the interpretation and application of guild agreements.

· Perform other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

· Bachelor’s degree or industry/job experience equivalent.

· 3 + years’ experience managing staff sizes of 3-5 reports.

· 3 + years residuals, participations, or audits experience or 5 + years’ experience in an analytical or technical environment.

· 2 + years’ experience in a growth-oriented environment with a focus on process optimization.

· Experience in, or directly supporting, a client facing role.

· Entertainment industry familiarity; residuals experience is a plus.

· Intermediate Excel.

The salary range for this role is $85K – $100K/year. And is commensurate with experience related to the position.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Senior Manager who will partner closely with our Sales Operations and Business Insights team. We want you to bring your strong technical design, problem solving, and storytelling skills to Entertainment Partners! Be prepared to deliver compelling visualizations that make complex data understandable, approachable, and actionable for our global sales team. You will spend some of your time creating, connecting and iterating dashboards that are Exec friendly yet have the depth to help sales understand their book of business. The remaining time will be spent using your Sales Ops background to contribute and implement global best practices across regions. This includes being a key player in rolling out global forecasting processes and territory management programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop integrated global dashboards using Salesforce, QLIK and/or Tableau.
  • Work with 3rd party data extracts to design interactive research tools for pipeline generation.
  • Develop Market Share analysis including drill down dashboards using Salesforce & Tableau.
  • Support sales team with process improvement and measure effectiveness of changes.
  • Clean and analyze disparate data using Python, SQL, etc to maximize system efficiencies.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews from content creation to sales insights and next steps.
  • Develop full cycle, drill down dashboards to showcase leads, pipeline, and quarterly forecasting.
  • Project manage global automation efforts across forecasting and pipeline.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

  • 5+ years’ experience in visualization/design/analysis using software such as Tableau/Salesforce/QLIK.
  • Deep domain expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Proven ability to create exec level quarterly insights and impact analysis.
  • Experience with Python or SQL/SAQL a plus.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint – MS Access a plus.
  • Ability to iterate as you work on projects (Agile framework/background a plus).
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication at all levels.

The salary for this position is $130,000 and is commensurate with experience related to the position.
