AEAMD General Manager Job Description:                                                  

The AEAMD General Manager is a contractual position involving the management of the Arlington Trolley system. The Arlington Entertainment Area Management District is a local government entity which provides transportation for participating hotel guests to/from the venues in the Arlington Entertainment District. The General Manager works contractually for the AEAMD Board of Directors and maintains a home or other form of office arrangement.

Primary Duties and Qualifications:

The GM is responsible for running day-to-day operations and guiding general business strategy to achieve the goals of the Board of Directors. The GM also manages the transportation contract ensuring the transportation partner is performing to the expectations of the Board of Directors, participating hotels, and guests.

The specific duties and scope of work include:

 Prepare and manage the budget and monitor the financial health of the Trolley District.

Prepare and report financial functions using QuickBooks and Microsoft products.

·        Manage banking, investments, and the reconciliation of all instruments.

·        Collect and monitor hotel assessments.

·        Compile data and work with auditors.

·        Work independently and maintain a home office.

·        Prepare agendas, schedule meetings (live and virtual), post meetings, prepare and distribute meeting packet

material.

·        Attend and manage all meetings. 

·        Prepare and maintain records of meeting minutes.

·        Work with contractual CPA and law firm as needed.

·        Prepare state and federal reporting.

·        Manage the transportation contract which includes monitoring and constant communication with the operation

management.

·        Monitor ridership statistics, reservations, and guest comments.

·        Maintain a high standard of customer service to the hotels/guests and respond to complaints.

·        Work closely with the participating hotels regarding service, assessments, and updates.

·        Manage convention supplemental service which includes developing route schedules/timetables and

formulating an agreement for service. Requires collaboration with Executive Committee, ACVB, contractual

transportation companies, hotels, venues, and the City of Arlington.

·        Stay in close contact with venues regarding schedules and event updates.

·        Stay in close contact with venues, the contractual transportation company, City of Arlington, Police and other

entities regarding traffic patterns and staging situations in the Arlington Entertainment District.

·        Monitor and manage the Trolley District website content.

·        Prepare and distribute marketing material including flyers, brochures, advertising, banners, etc.

·        Maintain post office box and storage unit rental content.

·        Prepare and distribute the annual Operators Guide.

·        Ability to maintain a flexible schedule which may include weekends, nights, holidays.

·        All other duties as needed to ensure that the Trolley functions successfully.

Skills and Qualifications

The effective General Manager needs a broad range of industry knowledge.

·        Keen strategic thinking and planning.

·        Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.

·        Basic knowledge of investment strategies.

·        Excellent leadership skills, including collaboration over multiple parties and goal setting.

·        Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

·        Good organization and time management.

·        Comfortable in a fast paced or high-pressure environment.

·        Knowledge of local government administration.

Education and training requirement:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or other related field

Is required.   

·        Notary Public or the ability to become a notary public within the first six months of contract.

·        A Certified Public Manager is a plus but not required.

Experience

·        Candidates must show previous relevant experience in local government or other similar industry in a

leadership management role.

·        Previous experience must illustrate applicable knowledge, skills and training to accomplish the duties and

scope of work as listed above.

·        Experience in the areas of transportation and hospitality are a plus.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Schedule calls, zoom and in-person meetings, between multiple parties in different time zones and represent Three Six Zero and/or the leadership team
  • Accompany the client on Radio & TV promo, TV shoots, ad campaign activity, high-profile events and ensuring external parties abide by contractual agreement
  • Coordinating the client’s daily diary including: logistics and contracts for live performance, endorsements, campaigns, album releases, recording and promo schedules

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a comparable role
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of work history supporting talent
  • Ability to keep track of many ongoing projects with strong attention to detail and excellent follow through
  • In addition to the usual hours, you will be required to take calls and respond to emails outside of office hours so flexibility is key
  • Must be able to pivot and adapt to an ever-changing and fast pace environment
  • A strong digital skillset – knowledge of live streaming, socials content & channel management

Responsibilities

  • Possesses subject-matter expertise on adult and youth soccer leagues in Canada and the United States, understanding and interpreting relevant participation trends, insights, and knowledge that will ensure that Canlan’s product offerings are timely, relevant, and maximize participant experience.
  • Manages and leads ongoing discussions with direct reports and key relationships to ensure all aspects of operations, stats and scheduling, rules and regulations, sales and marketing, and priorities reflect established organizational standards.

Abilities, Attributes And Experience

  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team working towards strategic goals, and designing and implementing process efficiencies.

The Sr. Manager of Category Strategy supports the Category Strategy Director and Vice President in developing category and client strategies driving ad sales revenue in a given advertising vertical. This role is a hybrid role in NYC covering a LOA from December 2023 to August 2024. The Sr. Manager will participate and present in client meetings as well as work in tandem with sales teams to achieve client objectives. As a strategic entity in Ad Sales organization. Responsibilities:

  • The Category Strategy Sr. Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including – research, client/marketing solutions, data enablement, sales and sales communications to frame category narratives and go to market presentations for the category and category clients.
  • He/She/They will work with the Category Strategy Director to create strategies to broaden the value proposition of our Advertising Sales in the marketplace with a focus on data driven solutions and audience based buying.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in advertising, media and/or marketing—ideally in the given category
  • Media experience at an agency or client-side, or experience with a sales development/strategy role at a media company
  • Multi-platform media planning, buying, strategy and measurement with a strong background in addressable and data driven solutions
  • Experience with working with R/F tools such as Nielsen Media Impact
  • Functional experience working in media tools such as Nielsen NPower, Comscore, social listening among others
  • Working knowledge of cross platform attribution vendors to measure brand lift, sales lift, app downloads etc
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to navigate without constant direction

Successful applicants will be featured in a promotional campaign sharing their experiences with PAXLOVID, particularly focusing on how the medication impacted their COVID-19 journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a one-day filming session for the branded content.
  • Share personal experiences regarding the use of PAXLOVID, including its effects and benefits.
  • Engage in interviews or scripted scenes as required by the project.
  • Collaborate with the production team to authentically portray your experience with PAXLOVID.

Requirements:

Job Description: We are currently casting for the role of Keila in the upcoming production of “Fatal Attraction 1419.” This role is a significant part of our project, and we are looking for a talented and dedicated actress to bring this character to life. The filming will take place in Knoxville, TN, over two days, and the actress must be available on both November 28th and 29th.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Portray the character of Keila, a black female in her late 20s, with authenticity and depth.
  • Be comfortable and professional while working with content related to murder and intense emotional scenarios.
  • Collaborate with the director, crew, and other cast members to achieve the desired performance.
  • Be prepared to drive a car as part of the role; scenes may involve driving sequences.

Requirements:

  • Female, African American, in late 20s.
  • Physical appearance should closely resemble the provided photo, especially in terms of hairstyle and general look.
  • Must be comfortable with content related to murder and intense drama.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a car are mandatory.
  • Full availability on November 28th and 29th for the entire day.
  • Previous acting experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:

  • $150 per day.
