A new digital series is casting real grandmothers and their adult grandchildren for a paid project centered around cooking.

Casting directors are seeking genuine family pairs consisting of a social media-savvy young adult (ages 18–35) and their real grandmother to appear together in this brand-new digital series.

This opportunity is open to residents of the New York City Tri-State Area only.

Job Description

A paid casting project is seeking real parent and student duos from the NYC Tri-State area for an upcoming commercial-style production focused on college planning and financial aid experiences. Producers are looking for authentic families who can speak naturally about navigating financial planning, student loans, and college preparation.

This project is ideal for high school juniors, seniors, or incoming college freshmen and their parent or guardian.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in a filmed production as a real parent and student duo
  • Share authentic experiences related to college financial planning and student aid
  • Attend a one-day local production shoot
  • Submit self-tape materials for casting consideration
  • Work collaboratively with the production team during filming

Requirements

  • High school juniors or seniors applying to college, or incoming college freshmen
  • Must apply together with a parent or guardian
  • Comfortable discussing experiences with financial planning, student loans, or financial aid
  • Must be local to the NYC Tri-State area
  • Must be able to work locally in Stony Brook, New York
  • Strong on-camera communication and authentic personalities preferred

Compensation Details

  • $1,000 per person selected for the project
  • One-day filming commitment required

Job Description
A powerful public service announcement is casting real families for a firearm safety campaign aimed at raising awareness and promoting secure gun storage in the home. The PSA will be filmed in the Greater Seattle area and focuses on encouraging parents and guardians to create a safer environment for children. Requirements

  • Parent or guardian, ages 30–55, must be a real gun owner or comfortable handling a firearm

  • Open to individuals of all races, body types, backgrounds, and abilities

  • No real firearms will be used on set

Compensation

  • $500 flat rate for a 10-hour session

  • One-day shoot with full media usage for up to 5 years
