Promotions Producer
The chosen candidate will join a highly collaborative team, producing promotional content for some of Canada’s most-watched programming and longest-running daily programs.
About Us
YES TV is a commercial television station committed to positive, family-friendly, entertainment programming. YES TV is licensed and regulated by the CRTC as a religious channel and an exclusively Canadian television station, available in 6.8 million homes across Canada.
Purpose:
This position supports both YES TV and its ‘partner’ organization and largest client, Crossroads Christian Communications Inc. (Crossroads), to assist them in achieving audience growth targets through effective and impactful promotional production and scheduling. Under the YES TV portfolio, this position supports overall YES TV on-air promotion production efforts thereby increasing revenue through the production of retail sales commercials, digital media spots, and internal promotional content.
Reporting:
Reports directly to the Creative Services Lead
Areas of Responsibility
- Service the on-air promotional needs of Crossroads Programing on YES TV.
- Liaise, strategize, and schedule effective promotional executions for Crossroads programming.
- Produce on-air creative for Crossroads programs on YES TV.
- Build promotional campaigns, manage delivery dates, ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the production of promotional marketing content for on-air, and off-air executions for all YES TV properties.
Specific Job Duties:
- Develop promotional creative placement schedules for Crossroads promotional contracts on YES TV stations.
- Coordinate with Crossroads stakeholders on audience impact, promotional, and marketing objectives.
- Build a creative content delivery strategy based on feedback and objectives provided by Crossroads stakeholders.
- Produce and edit on-air creative deliveries for Crossroads programs on YES TV.
- Create weekly promotions schedules and traffic instructions.
- Coordinate with Traffic department on placement and Media Services for timely delivery and ingest of creative content.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or Diploma, or equivalent proven experience in video production
- 3+ years’ experience as a video editor, or multimedia producer
- Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and the overall Creative Suite
- Functional knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Excel or Sheets

About the Role:
The Assistant Editor will be joining a team of creatives reporting to the Post-Production Lead. The role will have a wide range of responsibilities within the post-production pipeline such as working with various teams to find and assemble editorial clips and audio, enabling creatives to do their best work and ensuring that all deliveries are ‘to spec’ in every detail. This requires a growing knowledge of and passion for post, combined with strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced creative driven environment.

Looking for an enthusiastic and creative Production Designer to join our client’s in-house marketing team! You will play a key role in supporting their Graphic Designers and corporate marketing team with the creative execution of production files for graphic design and multimedia content for digital, print, and web collateral for their various high-rise and low-rise communities across Ontario, Atlanta, North Carolina and Texas including campaign collateral and advertising, community handouts, event collateral, out-of-home signage, floor plans, community site plans, email marketing templates, website and landing page imagery, and social media graphics in support of Digital and Creative teams.
Location: Vaughan (Hybrid: 2 days per week in office)
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Digital and Creative teams to execute design work including campaign collateral and advertising, community handouts, event collateral, out-of-home signage, floor plans, community site plans, email marketing templates, website and landing page imagery, and social media graphics.
- Manage brand template platform and library of templates to enable regional marketing teams to create and distribute on-brand marketing collateral.

On being an Associate Producer at Ubisoft Toronto:
As an Associate Producer at Ubisoft Toronto, you will be working together with the team at Massive Entertainment to create a new story-driven open-world video game set in the Star Wars galaxy. Our goal is to create a game and a story that bring both new and lifelong fans on an immersive and outstanding journey, which will stay with them for years to come.
You’ll drive the development of a specific part of a game. Depending on the project’s larger production strategy and organizational structure, your part could be a component like animation, level design, gameplay, world, or a combination of a few.
All in all, you’ll guide one or many multidisciplinary teams to bring your assigned portion to life from start to end. You’ll pair well-designed work processes with clear expectations for your team members to do their best work and optimize their talents.
