Indeed.com is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to expand our Streaming Audio acquisition program and help build out our Digital TV acquisition program in the US with a focus on small to medium sized businesses. The ideal candidate has experience managing and optimizing user acquisition channels with little supervision with particular experience in digital acquisition marketing. You can work independently, are innovative and resourceful, and strive to make the most impact in driving success of your channels. What you will do:
  • Own the strategy, campaign execution, optimization and reporting of all streaming audio campaigns.
  • Manage existing streaming audio campaigns to current CPA targets.
  • Explore new vendors/partners to expand the streaming audio portfolio to reach incremental SMB audiences.
  • Manage and lead all external relationships that are necessary to manage and expand the streaming audio portfolio.
  • Manage internal relationships responsible for campaign tagging and creative asset rotations.
  • Own the overall project plan for streaming radio each quarter to ensure that all work is on time and completed
  • Identify and prioritize the testing roadmap for streaming radio
  • Own streaming radio reporting including QA of accuracy, understanding the whys behind weekly and monthly trends, and optimization recommendations
  • Responsible for development and launch of cohesive landing pages for all shows, including the creation and maintenance of vanity URLs
  • Help identify and prioritize the testing roadmap for Digital TV
  • Validate the suitability of various vendors/partners for SMB acquisition
  • Plan and launch test campaigns with clear measurement plan, report on performance and provide post-campaign wrap-up reports


Who You Are

What you bring to the team:
  • 5+ years experience in performance-based acquisition marketing
  • Previous hands-on experience growing an audience for digital and managing those channels on a direct, day-to-day basis
  • Intuitive knowledge of the digital and offline media landscape and how Indeed’s brand can best fit within it
  • Previous experience working with agency partners or for an agency before
  • Deep bias towards analytics and measurement with extensive experience having your initiatives measured against or towards revenue-related goals
  • Willingness to dive deep in understanding attribution
  • Comfort and ease working with large budgets, aggressive targets and the measurement of key performance metrics (i.e. CPA and LTV)
  • Proven track record of project managing and scaling programs with ease and organization
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once with little to no supervision
  • Extreme resourcefulness to work independently and self driven in a fast paced environment
  • Adaptable and self-motivated in learning new software, channels and programs
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization in a remote environment

The digital producer role manages the on-time and accurate delivery of top-quality content produced by multiple newsrooms, with an emphasis on article optimization, social and SEO. Position Summary

The Producer will work with Strategy, Creative and Technology teams on the development of digital deliverables, most commonly websites. The Producer will work collaboratively to develop solutions and execute production efforts to help brands achieve their digital goals and will work to ensure projects are delivered on time, according to specifications, and on budget. While reporting to an Executive Producer, the Producer will serve as a conduit and partner to Technology, Creative, Strategy and New Business.

This individual is expected to document and track features and functionality throughout the lifecycle of a project, manage the QA process, including visual and functional QA during development, all the way through launch and post-launch, as well as create CMS training materials for clients where applicable. We’re looking for a Senior Production Tech to lead and mentor a professional team of techs in addition to operating AVL equipment on-site for our event and video productions. Your weeks will consist of managing and mentoring a team of AVL techs, creating and improving systems and processes that contribute to increased quality and efficiency at events, being on show sites operating gear as a lead tech, and overseeing the maintenance and constant improvement of avad3 equipment in the shop. You will report to the Production Director at avad3.

  • Process new receipts adhering to company standard.
  • Pack all customer sizing, repair orders and outbound shipments to the Jewelry Center.
  • Organize and file shipping, receiving, customer sizing, repair, sales, and return documentation.
  • Be aware of supply inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Replenish displays and other products as needed and assist in the inventory process
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of jewelry counters and area.
  • Attend to customer service needs in a friendly and helpful manner when approached.
  • Maintain high customer readiness standards by delivering a clean, neat, easy to shop store environment.
  • Adhere to Asset Protection and inventory control and compliance procedures.
  • Establish high level of shortage awareness and effectiveness; ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
  • May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, color vision and climbing ladders

Job Overview:

The Vendor Paid Merchandise Handler is responsible for all functions related to the flow of new merchandise for the vendor. Perform other duties as needed

Essential Functions:

  • Complete general shipment process in accordance to productivity standards and ensure floor readiness
  • Assist the Merchandise Team in the movement of fixtures and merchandise for new product, season changes, and clearance sets
  • Assist in replenishment of stock onto the sales floor, inventory and markdown process
  • Participate in stockroom maintenance, organization, and housekeeping
  • Process damages, transfers, and return to vendor merchandise according MSS standards
  • Follows shortage programs and procedures as they pertain to the receiving function
  • Daily hanger collection and sorting
  • Maintain communication with vendors, OVMs, and regional/divisional offices for support on driving sales, promos, and product knowledge
  • Be proficient in POS and MPOS systems including Search and Send, My Client and More@ Macy’s tablet app
  • Assist customers in all aspects of service fulfillment (i.e. BOPs), and have the ability to qualify customer needs, figure out what’s right for them, and then get them in touch with the right colleague or MyStylist.
  • Follows shortage programs and procedures
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
