KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working closely with the Video Production Manager organising shoots.

Collaborating with the video team to produce high-quality video content for Just Hype’s Social Media Team.

Assisting the team filming sets, setting up and packing up cameras, lighting & audio equipment. 

Booking locations, talent and collaborators for shoots.

Helping the team buying props and styling talent outfits.

Organising 3rd party contracts/release forms, call sheets, risk assessments and invoices.

The Senior Producer is responsible for acting as the primary liaison between the Company and assigned client(s) as well as leading and supporting the Production workflow for assigned clients, estimating and invoicing of all assigned client projects. This role will project manage a team of creatives, producers and assistants in the execution and development of digital content strategy including ecommerce, existing social media platforms and new platforms for clients within the Fashion & Beauty portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project integrity for client(s) with projects ranging from photo to video, ecommerce to marketing, soft and hard goods
  • Oversee production and project crew including manager schedules, booking talent, models, stylist, freelancers, coordinating merchandise and inventory required.
  • Coordinate and manage the production workflow, ensuring that all shoots remain on schedule and within budget, troubleshooting discrepancies in coordination with leadership and client representatives as needed.
  • Ensure all areas of production strategy and project management are aligned and agreed to with key stakeholders, providing on-set coordination as needed and reacting quickly to changes.
  • Assist with developing content per client expectations and in line with current events, trending topics and pop culture in a way that is relevant to the brand and its customer base.
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the creative output, ensuring client’s style guide standards are being met.
  • Where and when necessary, give creative help and guidance from a production standpoint and mentor junior creatives
  • In collaboration with Production Manager, develop estimates, finalize billing, research vendors, and generate final project reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication or related field
  • 5 years of related experience with an agency or production company in social media, content production, e-commerce, or commercial photography/ set production with the fashion or beauty industry
  • Experience and/or portfolio of clients within the fashion, beauty, luxury or high-end consumer goods industry a must.
  • Detail oriented and proficient in project and file management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Teams, Outlook and Smartsheets.
  • Proven experience in both still and fashion high-volume photography production
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously producing quality work under tight deadlines

Description: Secures on-air guests for interviews and reports to head of booking department as part of the network booking team as well as to the executive producer of the show to which they are assigned. Responsible for outreach and vetting of guests and developing and maintaining relationships with guests and guests’ representatives. This position works closely with news, programming, and talent in production.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the show’s Executive Producer and team in identifying top-tier guests for broadcast

· Conduct guest research and outreach.

· Support the team in identifying and booking relevant on-air guests for appearances and interviews.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with newsmakers, experts, elected and appointed officials, publicists, press secretaries, communications directors, agents, managers, and celebrities.

· Represent the network as the primary point of contact for guests and their representatives.

· Conduct pre-interviews and guest vetting with potential on-air guests.

· Confirm interview logistics including date, time, and location for on-air appearances via remote, phone, field, or in-studio appearances.

· Provide guests with interview topics and areas of discussion.

· Communicate on-air appearance requirements to guests.

· Secure exclusive interviews and content with newsmaker guests.

· Identify new and emerging voices as subject matter experts.

· Ideate and pitch guest ideas to production team to which they are assigned.

General Description: Responsible for working with show hosts, preparing the rundown of new stories, identifying and integrating guests, overseeing and executing the production of key video and graphic elements with guidance from the Executive Producer. Makes important editorial decisions and guides talent, writers, associate producers for daily show development. EP is also responsible for insuring technical team and control room follow show instructions. Must be able to build segments and develop story ideas from beginning to air. Responsible for the oversight of daily rundown changes and work with the show director and production crew to block the newscast. This includes editorial discussions, writing scripts, package production, graphics elements, out-of-show teasing, show timing and field coordination. Must calmly deal with changes and breaking news during the show and ensure all content meets Newsmax Media Network standards for journalistic integrity and production quality.

Responsibilities

  • Spend time each day doing daily show prep.

  • Conducts on-air interviews, attends and assists in all market cluster live events, and produces commercials on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • History of original written digital content
  • Knowledge of basic FCC rules and regulations.
