The Senior Producer is responsible for acting as the primary liaison between the Company and assigned client(s) as well as leading and supporting the Production workflow for assigned clients, estimating and invoicing of all assigned client projects. This role will project manage a team of creatives, producers and assistants in the execution and development of digital content strategy including ecommerce, existing social media platforms and new platforms for clients within the Fashion & Beauty portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project integrity for client(s) with projects ranging from photo to video, ecommerce to marketing, soft and hard goods
- Oversee production and project crew including manager schedules, booking talent, models, stylist, freelancers, coordinating merchandise and inventory required.
- Coordinate and manage the production workflow, ensuring that all shoots remain on schedule and within budget, troubleshooting discrepancies in coordination with leadership and client representatives as needed.
- Ensure all areas of production strategy and project management are aligned and agreed to with key stakeholders, providing on-set coordination as needed and reacting quickly to changes.
- Assist with developing content per client expectations and in line with current events, trending topics and pop culture in a way that is relevant to the brand and its customer base.
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the creative output, ensuring client’s style guide standards are being met.
- Where and when necessary, give creative help and guidance from a production standpoint and mentor junior creatives
- In collaboration with Production Manager, develop estimates, finalize billing, research vendors, and generate final project reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication or related field
- 5 years of related experience with an agency or production company in social media, content production, e-commerce, or commercial photography/ set production with the fashion or beauty industry
- Experience and/or portfolio of clients within the fashion, beauty, luxury or high-end consumer goods industry a must.
- Detail oriented and proficient in project and file management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Teams, Outlook and Smartsheets.
- Proven experience in both still and fashion high-volume photography production
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously producing quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative and effective communication skills
