Advanced Systems Group LLC provides onsite managed services for a prominent global tech company based in Mountain View, CA. The team supports our client’s executive level meetings by providing content services and producing engaging events.

Currently we are looking for an experienced Events Producer for live corporate events onsite in Mountain View (along with other Bay Area campuses) and digitally remote transitioning to onsite in the near future. This role reports to the Managing Producer.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading pre-production on all assigned events iInterfacing with internal and external clients, setting proper expectations, and maintaining rapport while attending to client(s) needs and direction.
  • Facilitating communication and education to clients to provide and update production elements including, show spec, run of show, media elements, and any other production needs.
  • Running all communication and lead event related meetings with Crew & Engineers to ensure all technical needs are fulfilled and executed properly.
  • Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity and within the guidelines of what is directed.
  • Working with multiple teams to ensure seamless event experiences for the client.
  • Establishing relationships with external vendors and agencies to execute production and technical aspects of live services, events and live content.
  • Conducting efficient cost analysis and efficient quoting for event support.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathering information to understand the client’s project goals and to generate cost estimates.
  • Leading breakout rooms, managing records, and overall event production needs.
  • Collaborating with the Associate Producer to create all production documents and updates, lead client walkthroughs, and manage the main event room.
  • Partnering with Event Operations, Technical Operations, Production Operations and Client Partner Teams.
  • Maintaining and media management of content capture assets, as required.
  • Participate in team meetings, documentation, and continue to promote efficiency in Event Production.
  • Manage and set expectations for external teams who are providing custom staging, set design and video elements for complex shows.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital and live event production experience supporting high profile clients in a corporate setting or with an agency.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of clients, partners and job functions in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to be helpful and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Proficiency with the Google Workspace of tools; including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail, & Calendar

Compensation & Benefits:

This full-time role has a budgeted salary of between $110,000 – 155,000 depending on experience. This role is eligible for benefits including fully paid medical coverage, 401K, PTO, and more.

Description:

We are seeking a Studio Manager specialized in Video Production to join our growing embedded team at our client’s office in Sunnyvale, CA.

As a Studio Manager, you will work with a team of expert storytellers, along with our experienced director to produce live, hybrid, and recorded video engagements with green screen and physical spaces. You will be responsible for running video productions, with a focus on live productions. You will facilitate our workflows, manage the studio, and participate in the creation of experiences around Cloud technologies in various industries to create a live production that is one of a kind experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and help manage live productions, including testing and set up, operate equipment including cameras, editing console, time base correctors, audio board, and video switcher
  • Help define and drive the process used to conceptualize, design, shoot, edit, review and approve video content
  • Create virtual sets and create stories leveraging green screen
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to educate them on working with us to create memorable experiences

What we’re looking for:

  • BA/BS degree in media production or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with the Ross Carbonite system required
  • Proficient with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere
  • Experience filming live subjects
  • Experience with green screen and editing green screen footage
  • Portfolio of experience working on live action and recorded content
  • Expert stakeholder manager who can bring anyone along the video creation journey, be they novice or expert. Adept at making nervous talent feel at ease and relaxed in the eye of the camera.
  • Experience with implementing productions with a small team
  • Experience with video production equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects in a large company atmosphere
  • Ability to work on a global scale across many internal stakeholders with varying degrees of experience with film productions or video projects
  • A patient and thoughtful team player
  • Ability to work on-site from our client’s office in Sunnyvale, CA

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary for this role is $125,000-186,000, depending on experience. This role also offers benefits including fully covered medical insurance, 401k, PTO, and more.

We are looking for an onsite Associate Producer to join our team! Thriving in a quick paced environment, the Associate Producer is an excellent teammate who is highly organized, exhibits extraordinary attention to detail, and has robust written and verbal communication skills. The main responsibilities of the Associate Producer are to work closely with the Experiential / Event Producer to streamline and expedite event communication, and maintain show elements. This position requires local travel and flexible work hours (occasional nights and weekends).This position reports to the Managing Producer.

The main duties of the Associate Producer are:

  • Cultivating positive relationships with our clients while understanding and executing on their event needs.
  • Creating and maintaining the Run of Show document, working closely with the Experiential / Event Producer and client, to ensure all information is correct.
  • Serve as the leading point of contact between Client, Event Producer and Production staff.
  • Participate in team meetings, create documentation, and continue to promote efficiency in Event Production.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attend pre-production meetings and assist the Event Producer with client education on event elements.
  • Work with Venue Technical Director to manage and set expectations for external teams who are providing custom staging, set design, and video elements for complex shows.
  • Lead production venue walkthroughs, and act as POC for event load-ins, as necessary.
  • Manage all show elements and set proper crew expectations.
  • Act as Floor Producer on Full Production events.
  • Serve as a responsible party for walking through show elements with the crew and Engineering, while maintaining updates with the client.
  • Ensure that any confidential show elements are collected and shredded.
  • Working with the production and freelance team to help evaluate, mentor, and implement new skills and techniques, with the goal of facilitating efficiency on events.

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5+ years of event/production experience in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of clients, partners and job functions in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to be helpful and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
