Corporate Event Producer

Advanced Systems Group LLC provides onsite managed services for a prominent global tech company based in Mountain View, CA. The team supports our client’s executive level meetings by providing content services and producing engaging events.

Currently we are looking for an experienced Events Producer for live corporate events onsite in Mountain View (along with other Bay Area campuses) and digitally remote transitioning to onsite in the near future. This role reports to the Managing Producer.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading pre-production on all assigned events iInterfacing with internal and external clients, setting proper expectations, and maintaining rapport while attending to client(s) needs and direction.
  • Facilitating communication and education to clients to provide and update production elements including, show spec, run of show, media elements, and any other production needs.
  • Running all communication and lead event related meetings with Crew & Engineers to ensure all technical needs are fulfilled and executed properly.
  • Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity and within the guidelines of what is directed.
  • Working with multiple teams to ensure seamless event experiences for the client.
  • Establishing relationships with external vendors and agencies to execute production and technical aspects of live services, events and live content.
  • Conducting efficient cost analysis and efficient quoting for event support.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathering information to understand the client’s project goals and to generate cost estimates.
  • Leading breakout rooms, managing records, and overall event production needs.
  • Collaborating with the Associate Producer to create all production documents and updates, lead client walkthroughs, and manage the main event room.
  • Partnering with Event Operations, Technical Operations, Production Operations and Client Partner Teams.
  • Maintaining and media management of content capture assets, as required.
  • Participate in team meetings, documentation, and continue to promote efficiency in Event Production.
  • Manage and set expectations for external teams who are providing custom staging, set design and video elements for complex shows.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital and live event production experience supporting high profile clients in a corporate setting or with an agency.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of clients, partners and job functions in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to be helpful and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Proficiency with the Google Workspace of tools; including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail, & Calendar

Compensation & Benefits:

This full-time role has a budgeted salary of between $110,000 – 155,000 depending on experience. This role is eligible for benefits including fully paid medical coverage, 401K, PTO, and more.

Crew Call for Line Producer, UPM, Production Manager, and 1st AD – SAG Indie Feature

Job Description
A character-driven, culturally rich romantic dramedy titled FUEGO is seeking experienced crew members for a SAG moderate budget feature currently in soft pre-production. Inspired by the emotional depth of Silver Linings Playbook and the energy of Shall We Dance?, this story centers on Gio, a bartender rediscovering his passion for dance while facing personal rivalries and unresolved grief. The production will shoot for 24 days in San Diego and is backed by a screenplay that won Best Screenplay at the International Puerto Rican Heritage Film Festival and was a finalist in the Urban World Film Festival.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee pre-production, scheduling, and budgeting as Line Producer or UPM

  • Manage daily operations on set and facilitate seamless coordination between departments

  • Lead production team logistics and ensure smooth execution during filming

  • Assist the director in planning and executing the vision with clarity and precision

Requirements

  • Proven experience in film production, especially on SAG moderate budget features

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Available for a 24-day shoot beginning in late July in San Diego

  • Passion for story-driven projects with a culturally grounded narrative
