Position Summary:

This position is part of a growing Fan Acquisition and Engagement team at the WNBA, with the goal of enhancing the fan experience, improving internal processes to make our digital marketing efforts more efficient, growing the overall WNBA fanbase, and acquiring and optimizing fan data. This position’s goal will be to drive growth through data-driven decision-making by analyzing marketing campaign performance and fan behavior. Success in this role requires the ability to close the gap between data and actionable insights and the ability to communicate those insights. Ideal candidates will be highly tactical self-starters with a background in marketing analytics and a passion for sports.

Major Responsibility:

  • Contribute to growing the WNBA fanbase by analyzing marketing campaign performance and fan behavior
  • Track and report on various fan acquisition campaigns (e.g., WNBA All-Star Voting) through Adobe Analytics
  • Provide deep analysis of direct-to-consumer (App, League Pass) marketing campaigns around new acquisitions and attribution
  • Develop understanding of how marketing campaigns drive fan interest, acquisition, and retention across the WNBA’s digital and non-digital platforms
  • Develop new datasets mapping complex data into familiar business terms such as product or customer to offer unified, consolidated views
  • Work with WNBA Data Program Manager in the development of automated dashboards for decision makers, via Tableau or PowerBI
  • Pull together and send weekly CRM performance reports, as well as build an overarching library of best practices and learnings
  • Provide real-time insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
  • Develop a rich understanding of the WNBA and its fanbase
  • Assist with A/B test design and analyses aimed to improve fan interest, acquisition, and retention

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • 1 – 3 years working in an analytical, research, or insights role – preferably in a marketing organization
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer products a plus
  • SQL proficiency is a must
  • Experience with R or Python a plus
  • Experience with data, analytics, and marketing platforms such as Adobe, Branch or Braze

Position Summary

You will be responsible for leveraging CRM for full-funnel activations, bringing in new fans, cultivating fan engagement across products, and then re-engaging and reducing churn. Successful candidates will be able to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive fan growth and revenue across email and push. You will also be directly responsible for the execution of the email channel. We are looking for someone who has experience with testing to optimize existing flows and build new flows across CRM channels. Success in this role requires partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams including revenue, product, data, international, and 3rd party agencies. Ideal candidate will also have strong knowledge of the WNBA.

Major Responsibility:

  • Leverage CRM for full-funnel activations, bringing in new fans, cultivating fan engagement, and then re-engaging and reducing churn
  • Build comprehensive lifecycle marketing programs across key CRM channels to drive WNBA’s business objectives (viewership, app downloads, League Pass subscriptions, merchandising, and ticketing sales)
  • Know our data sources and architecture, and understand how they impact fan segmentation and marketing enablement, in order to develop audience segmentation strategies and tactics
  • Partner with internal teams and 3rd party agencies to prioritize opportunities and execute sends
  • Lead end-to-end email execution for all lifecycle, tentpole, and transactional communications– including copywriting, design, scheduling (cadence, frequency), and performing quality assurance tests to ensure messages render/deliver correctly
  • Leverage multivariate testing methodology to quickly test, iterate, and push forward the most impactful efforts
  • Partner with marketing analyst to gain learnings and define areas of improvement and growth
  • Expand reach of channels through fan data acquisition programs
  • Develop expertise in cross-channel messaging and evolve programs to include new channels
  • Communicate complex strategy cross-functionally and upward to key leaders

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • 5+ years of experiences in CRM and/or lifecycle marketing
  • Deep expertise in all aspects of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing; including channels (email, push, etc.), data management, execution, reporting, tools/platforms/technologies, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in building testing programs
  • Experience working with Email Service Providers (preferably Braze), as well as related technology providers (e.g., Movable Ink; Wunderkind)
  • Intermediate understanding of HTML and CSS

Role Context:

Paid Search Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of paid search activity related to app-store campaigns across iOS and Android for Audible, a part of one of the biggest companies in the world. You will employ strong platform knowledge and manage client/supplier relationships to make sure you and your team deliver flawless operations, experimentation, media plans, performance optimisation, and reporting & analysis. A strong understanding of mobile/app campaign tracking and mobile measurement partners is required.

The role involves overseeing several Account Executives (overseeing their workload and output, as well as managing their development) to successfully execute deliverables and exceed client’s expectations. The MAI Search Account Manager will also act as a key point of contact for the Global Hub, who are a core part of your team.

The Production Journalist will be responsible for covering news events throughout the country and providing content to the highest editorial and production standards for STV News, associated bulletins and digital platforms. You will be responsible for producing STV news bulletins across all STV platforms as appropriate and presenting material for our hourly bulletins and lunchtime news, as well as late bulletins.

 

The Production Journalist will also be assigned to the digital desk for agreed shifts across each rota period.

 

THE ROLE

 

·      Provide creative editorial input to the running order of bulletins.

·      Produce articles and other content to agreed standards for digital publication.

·      Generate ideas for stories/features and follow leads from a variety of sources.

·      Research, collate evidence and information to support stories using relevant information sources.

·      Delivery of off-diary video newsgathering to continue our focus on locally produced news coverage

·      Provide enhanced video acquisition to record and edit packages for broadcast and digital platforms.

·      Operate on specifically scheduled newsgathering to produce general news stories and specialist reports.

·      Preparation of scripts for packages and bulletins which adhere to legal guidelines

·      Presentation of news stories in a professional and unbiased manner.

·      Deliver polished package reports using editing software.

·      Assist in any other aspects of the work of the company as reasonably required.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Relevant related journalism experience gained within a broadcast environment.
  • A detailed knowledge of the Scottish news agenda and the law as it affects Scotland.
  • Experience of producing content for multiple platforms.
  • A developed news sense, with the ability to handle major news stories, develop original news features and overall to deliver agenda-setting journalism.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-breaking News environment.
  • An original approach to journalism with the confidence to develop innovative new ways of covering the news agenda.
  • Able to develop an online presence through our digital platforms and the use of social media.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm, resilient, and adaptable in a dynamic live news environment.
  • Well-developed communication, interpersonal and team working skills; ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, internal and external clients at all levels.

As well as to create and be responsible for copywriting and pitching media. By drafting reports, creating content, and coordinating its production with the Operations team for their strategies to succeed. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

  • Create promotional material and publications.

  • Integrally involve in TV / Streaming show sponsorships and secure approval from Head Office with full financial policy & procedure compliance.
  • Source and develop high-visibility media co-ops and content partnerships to keep Hong Kong top-of-mind among consumers, trade and press.
  • Monitor media volume and consumer sentiment to help the USA team and Head Office stay on top of trends and news matters through monitoring service.
  • Issue press releases through distribution service. Compile results and deliver monthly Media Monitor Publicity Report.

Budget Management/Control

  • Work closely with the team on Budget Plans for planning, spending allocations and accurate spend-to-budget, and recommend fund movement at re-estimates for management approval.
  • Negotiate contracts, media partnerships and marketing services agreements with venues, third-party vendors, talent, production companies, influencers/KOLs, agencies of record, and others as they arise.
  • Follow all financial policy compliance requirements.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Minimum 8 years of PR agency or client-side integrated marketing experience, with 3 years at managerial position gained from travel industry / destination tourism marketing functional area.
  • Well-versed in traditional, social marketing and PR, as well as management on third-party vendors (e.g. PR agency / KOLs / talent agents), projects, budget and crisis.
  • Strong acumen in media relations with proven record in media/social media content placements and media co-op opportunities.

Job description

Missions:

  • Support the execution of the brand PR strategy set out by the Communications Director, working closely with internal and external contacts to ensure maximum proactive and relevant exposure of the Roger Vivier brand in the UK and Ireland
  • Day to day contact for fashion, consumer and trade media, handling all press enquiries quickly and effectively
  • Management of PR showroom, coordinating all samples for all press and VIP requests as well as seasonal showroom collection orders in an organised manner
