Macgregor Black is currently partnering with a Premium Consumer Businesses on the search for a new Regional Marketing Manager. This is a permanent role, based in either UK, Amsterdam or Germany.

As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop strong marketing plans that delivers a positive brand development which can be scaled across multiple markets. You will manage and execute premium marketing initiatives and ensure optimal co-ordination of all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate global marketing plans into regional specific plans and activities which are aimed at the respective regions.
  • Take initiatives to increase effectiveness of marketing investments in the markets.

  • Prepare marketing budgets on country level, in cooperation with the Country Sales managers and Area Sales Directors.
  • Propose and influence optimal resource allocation to optimize EMEA business short, medium, and long term.
  • Control spending vs. budget and report to management accordingly.
  • Generate insights – provide on-going analysis of local consumer behaviours/needs/expectations in order to align communication to market needs.
  • Control marketing initiatives versus agreed targets.

THE ROLE

Every Mother is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the company’s acquisition strategy, operations, and performance. You will own channel execution, optimization, testing, and analysis across a mix of mostly digital media channels. You will also identify and test new channel opportunities to drive new customer acquisition. You will report to and partner with our Head of Marketing to develop and implement channel strategies that drive incremental growth in line with our revenue and CPA goals.

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving performance by testing and executing campaigns directly or through agency/contractor relationships. Channels will include a mix of the following (but not limited to): paid social (FB/IG/Tiktok), YouTube, web retargeting/prospecting tactics, programmatic display, paid search, and SEO.

This role will also partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative and Product. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the importance of a full-funnel approach, is curious and performance-led, and excited about analyzing data as much as they are about creative storytelling. In addition, this role will be responsible for vetting vendors and tools to add to our acquisition stack.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Product/Development Team to implement code changes, tracking etc.
  • Collaborate with CRM and social on lead gen/ pop up testing, influencer marketing/whitelisting
  • Be a subject matter expert on your owned channels; stay up-to-date on industry trends, beta launches, and platform changes
  • Consistently explore new opportunities for innovation and testing via emerging tech, new vendors, platforms, and proactively deliver recommendations to management and the broader team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of professional experience in a DTC eCommerce performance-based marketing role including hands-on experience.
  • An expert with proven success in paid social (FB/IG, Tiktok), post iOS 14 changes
  • Comfortable, adept with hands-on experience in Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics.
  • A full-funnel channel practitioner well-versed in campaign strategy/development, messaging, customer segmentation/ targeting and AB testing; the right person for this role is not just experienced with social and digital marketing execution but knows the intricacies of each channel and hacks to success
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, CPC etc.) and attribution in new digital landscape
  • Successful ability to wear multiple hats – tactical planning, strategic execution, cross-functional relationship management, and analytical skills
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design
  • A go-getter with a positive attitude and bias to action who thrives in supporting cross-channel platform strategic campaigns
  • Excellent track record of managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with high ROI

This position will report to the chief marketing officer and will work hand-in-hand with partner store teams and digital marketing teams to ensure the alignment and amplification of the company’s messaging across various social media platforms. The ideal​candidate is creative, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Social Media Community Manager, you should expect to:

  • Concept & coordinate a content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Collaborate with other corporate teams to align promotional campaigns, messaging, partnership announcements, etc.
  • Maintain the company’s voice and values across all content and online messaging.
  • Following customer care best practices, respond to customer comments on social media posts to increase engagement.
  • Provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content using performance-tracking tools.
  • Work with influencers to boost content amplification, account visibility, and engagement.
  • Based on gathered insights and testing results, identify opportunities to continue improving metrics and social media content performance.

Requirements for this position:

  • At least four years of career experience managing high-profile brands or e-commerce social media accounts.
  • A deep understanding of social media tracking, content optimization, engagement impact, and KPIs.
  • At a minimum, an intermediate level of proficiency with Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • At minimum, an intermediate level of proficiency with social video-editing tools (i.e.,Capcut, Captions App, InShot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO blog practices and WordPress.
  • A good eye for composition and design.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (i.e., Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • This position will require 25% travel (local and regional to annual conferences, product events, etc.)

This position will require some evening and weekend hours.

This is a full-time, remote (EST time zone only) opportunity. The salary is $110K annually.
