- Delivering exceptional client service

What’s in your toolbox…
- You’ll have at least two years’ experience at an agency or production company creating cutting-edge brand, marketing and comms films as an executive producer, or five years’ experience as a senior producer and can clearly demonstrate your ability to take the next step
- You have experience producing content for comms, brand and marketing as well as content for events
- You can show a track record in project management that demonstrates excellent attention to detail and professionalism
- You’ll have leadership experience and know how to support a team of your own
- You’ll be able to write and develop creative and pitches
- You’ll have experience working on international shoots (bonjour)

About The Job
As the Executive Producer you will join a small team of four and work very closely alongside the Founder and Creative Director.
Your main focus will be to help expand the business and its operations, by pursuing new business opportunities, onboarding new clients and expanding the talent roster, while cementing its industry standing by producing outstanding work and making sure everybody knows about it.

The Role
No two videos are ever the same. You could find Cal in Bristol surfing artificially created waves as part of Movember’s latest campaign on a Monday. And just the very next day, it’s a weird and wonderful disused nuclear bunker in Essex.
We’re looking for someone with ideally 3-5 years experience in video production and managing bigger bespoke shoots. With that being said, knowledge and drive won’t stop the right candidate from shining through.
The role would need to include but is not limited to; working alongside creative producers, liaising and booking crew/locations, casting, running video budgets of varying scales, supervising the post-production process, and overseeing any commercial/branded projects.
Cal is keen to hire a fun, organised, and friendly person. Starting asap.
We are offering an initial 3 month contract, but very much with a view to bringing someone in on a more FT basis.

The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through and final jobs coming out of the Image team. This includes 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography and Retouching, all specialist areas that require a dedicated point of contact for the team.
Day Rate: £250 – £300 per day (umbrella)
Length of contract: Until the end of the year 2021
