CASTING FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OLD. For baby care online commercial.
£350 payment for the shoot day, plus £800 for appearing in the final edits.
Parents will be asked to film some additional video at home with their children – £250 per person if they appear via this UGC. Travel costs will be covered.
We will create a set of films that are a welcoming space for parents to discuss the truth about parenting openly.
For these films, we’re looking to cast birth parents with at least one child aged five and under – parents ready to open up about their journey with parenting, talking about how parenting has impacted their identity, mental health, self-care, and relationships.
We are casting individuals and existing pairs of parents (couples, friends, siblings, people who met at NCT classes, etc.). We’re looking to launch five sets of parents, including parents who might previously have been left out of parenting conversations. We want a broad spectrum of viewers to see themselves represented in the films.
We also want to hear from Australian and American parents currently based in the UK.
So that you know, the parents will also be asked to film some sivideosvideo at home with their baby/ child (they will be given a guide for this). There is an additional payment for this.
Our casting brief is open – we want to hear from various experiences. We’re also keen to feature parents that may not be featured in these kinds of projects, including;
- Parents with both visible and non-visible disabilities.
- Trans and non-binary parents
- A couple in which a Dad is a primary caregiver
- People who became parents at an older age
- People who became parents at a very young age
- An expectant parent
Our casting should welcome all races, socio-economic backgrounds, and body types across all subject matter to show a broad spectrum of our society.
Payment and Dates:
Filming in London on the 16th or 17th of March.
Social films in a variety of lengths: 1 x Hero Film (60-90”), 2 x Interview Films (30-60”), 3-4 Snippets from Interview Films (10-20”). Appearing on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. One Year Online, with paid media in US, Aus & UK.

Casting a diverse/mixed raced family for very well known chocolate brand
We would preferably like to cast a real family, that are totally at ease with each other and have an unselfconscious naturalness in camera.
We are currently looking for:
- grandad
- dad
- mum
- teenage daughter (about 14)
- son (about 11)
- little girl (about 6)
but it doesn’t have to strictly be that list if we find a great group, as long as there’s a range of old and young.
This family could be made up from neighbours /friends /cousins etc. People who are close to your family and can act as one family.
We’re keen to find a diverse/mixed diversity cast. We would love to explore different accents and ethnicities.
No-one too polished or perfect.
All that matters is they feel warm, totally relatable, and everyday, with a bit of quirk, personality and character chucked in.
Whole family is a bonus but open to options.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The role sits within our Brand Experience Division at CSM Live, working on a new ‘sports’ client to deliver multiple experiences up and down the country. You will account manage the planning of these brand experiences, working with the Account Director and Account Executive.
As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the project planning from start to finish. From strategy, client presentations, budgeting, feasibility and event management, always striving to create best in class brand experiences
•Development and management of own relationship with the client, and day-to-day client management
•Maintaining good communication and reporting, externally with the client and internally within CSM Live and the wider group
•Understanding and developing client’s project briefs and contribute thinking to shape strategic and creative platforms
•Steer in brainstorms, be creative and shape ideas, calling on your industry knowledge
