  • Capability to manage a full range of projects- branding, digital, marketing, etc. and corralling your team to create high-quality work.

Where does this role fit in?

The Photography & Film Project Manager is responsible for the day to day management of resource sourcing, scheduling, allocation and capture of time for the Photography and Film teams. To assist with the progress monitoring of all production tasks and assist with ensuring estimates and hours are in line with budgets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the dedicated photography and film inbox to triage incoming requests
  • Supporting Producers to estimate timings and quotes on new briefs received
  • Working with key stakeholders, organise and co-ordinate project schedules ensuring all project requirements are planned in effectively
  • Managing and scheduling daily production hours for resource utilising Resource Guru
  • Co-ordinating the booking of freelance resource dependent on project requirements
  • Facilitating weekly team production meetings & raise all resources capacity issue
  • Supporting the Producers on managing projects through their lifecycle including transition from shoot to retouching
  • Checking project progress throughout the day to ensure that we meet deadline

Department Summary

The Creative Solutions department provides a crucial service to the commercial teams allowing them to generate revenue across all Future brands. Our Ideation team provides innovative sales packages and pitching options, and our Production team translates those ideas and produces content that deliver above expectations. Job Summary & Purpose

Using your creative thinking, superior organisational, time management and communication skills you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of projects, big and small. From the moment we receive the brief you will become the point of contact for the client and responsible for distilling that brief into a project plan with a clear set of deliverables. The Boulder Group comprises of three core businesses – Pebble Studios (Creative Production Agency with a focus on Moving Image), Big Rock (Performance Marketing) and Lava (Digital & Branding Agency). The Boulder Creative Studio works across all parts of the group, offering in-house and freelance creative solutions that span Creative, Design, Animation, Film production, digital design & development and Immersive experiences (VR & AR).

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

Pebble Studios are looking for a Production Assistant to join a talented team of producers, project managers, animators and artists, supporting and working on a variety of projects for the business for a range of world class clients.

Reporting into a Senior Producer, as well as supporting the wider Production team, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping deliver projects across a wide variety of mediums: Motion Graphics, 2D, 3D, Character and VFX/3D led projects – and outputs: TV, Social, Event Based & Immersive (VR&AR). This role will also be required to manage internal resource allocation across the wider business. Working with Account Handlers, Project Managers and Producers to ensure internal resource and freelance resource is coordinated and booked as required to ensure the highest quality creative output.

A Production Assistant with 1 or more years’ experience working in advertising, production or events:

As a freelance assistant producer at ZINC Network, you are responsible for facilitating the production of short-form video content and influencer content for an exciting new campaign.

Based in London and reporting to the Producer, you will be responsible for suggesting and researching stories; setting up shoots in different countries; organising logistics; assisting on location as required; and overseeing edits. You may also be asked to write scripts and keep production trackers and schedules updated. You will also be responsible for helping find and onboard influencers, presenters, and other talent to take part in the campaign.

With a passion for YouTube and social media and several years’ experience of video and TV production at a professional level, you will be resourceful, curious, and brimming with ideas.

You will also be passionate about politics and social issues, and able to communicate them in a simple and effective way. Your first-class research and production skills will ensure that content for the campaign is creative, editorially robust and fits the brief.   • Help identify and onboard relevant influencers for the project
  • Work with the influencers to shape their ideas and edits
  • Build and maintain an excellent relationship with our influencers, including troubleshooting where problems arise
  • Identify relevant news stories and video trends

Requirements

  • Understanding of YouTube and other social media platforms, video production, and current affairs
  • Excellent research skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent scripting and edit production skills
  • Ability to quickly build warm and authentic relationships
  • Positive and flexible ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to solve problems
  • Attention to detail
  • It would be great if you also had:
  • Experience in journalism
  • Experience in YouTube or Facebook video production
