Position Summary

We are looking for a senior content producer to join our rapidly growing marketing team. This is a rare opportunity to help build a creative content team from the ground up. This role will own the creative vision of SHEIN’s weekly live stream and all US brand marketing content from ideation through completion. The right candidate will be able to work cross-functionally against team needs and briefs to provide thoughtful and strategic content initiatives.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the content creation and production process for all US brand marketing initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to take content initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Elevate SHEIN’s weekly live stream with innovative programming ideas and location(s).
  • Create compelling, high-impact customer-facing content to increase brand and product awareness and educate customers across various digital channels.
  • Manage and produce 3-4 livestream shows a week from concepting, producing, planning, logistics etc. Livestream shows run from 7pm-9pm and on Sundays.
  • Support entertainment, events and social media teams with content strategy.
  • Plan and execute content for new product launches and campaigns.
  • Build and develop the content studio team including in-house photographer and videographer, stylists, live stream technicians, etc.
  • Film, edit, and produce quick turn assets for a myriad of projects and needs
  • Ability to effectively manage and clearly communicate overall project timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs
  • Manage day-to-day critical issues and troubleshooting of production challenges
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver against brief while creating an environment that allows for innovation

 

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in content production required, ideally in a creatively driven environment (marketing, advertising, agency, production company).
  • Passion for marketing and storytelling
  • Creativity and an excitement for bringing fresh ideas to the table (Creativity to bring stories to life is important)
  • Knowledge of content creation and production processes, ideally within an ecommerce business model.
  • Established network of creative, production, photography and freelance agency partners.
  • Understanding of video editing and post-production for short form social and digital content.
  • Strong knowledge of current events across the creative sphere (fashion, film, food, arts, etc) and fashion trends, as well as competitive insight.
  • Experience producing digital assets for paid advertising campaigns
  • Great communication skills to explain creative concepts and present ideas to a non-creative audience
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • Experience using social media analytics to inform creative decisions
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • General understanding of content licensing and rights management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and execution of innovative communications strategies for brands, melding traditional and digital media

FILM & TV – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

 

Position Description

The primary function of this position is to provide the highest quality service to clients, identifying and proposing all lines of coverage available.

Daily servicing of customers will include addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, handling all the inside service work associated with the client’s accounts, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, and collection and follow-up of cast medicals.

The AE should have experience in all areas of entertainment insurance. They will inform the Producer on strategic account issues, claims and other potential problems. They are responsible to oversee all processes related to renewals, account management and new business development, insuring the fulfillment of Film & TV Standard Operating Guidelines (SOG’s).

Location: Van Nuys, California

Position Requirements

• Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with clients by conducting face-to-face meetings and exceeding client expectations at all times.

• Provide consistent, accurate, timely and pertinent communication to clients via emails, phone contact and meetings.

• Respond to client inquiries/issues within a 24 hour timeline.

• Resolve/assist with any service or claims issues/questions.

• Evaluate and negotiate coverage terms and removal of certain restrictions and exclusions with carriers (i.e. risk assessments).

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with the clients to review summary reports and to maintain client relationships as often as necessary.

• Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures, gaps in coverage, stewardship programs, and other relevant information.

â–ª Review contract/accounts to suggest including Union Guild, E&O, Acquisitions & Development, and AD&D as needed.

• Seek referrals from client base; follow through to get new accounts and cross-sell.

â–ª Medical, Keyman, and Management Liability

• Know and be up to date on the utilization of carrier websites, carrier communications, new coverage options and billing procedures.

• Review all work products from Account Managers and Associate Account Managers, prior to submission to carriers or clients.

• Full responsibility for managing Accounts Receivables.

• Invoice, handle premium collections and accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Review audits and send to clients.

• Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently, document conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.

Physical Actions

• Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 10 lbs. maximum

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma, college degree preferred

• Current California Property and Casualty License, other states a plus.

Experience Requirements

• 5 or more years experience in film & television insurance coverage options.

• Agency or Brokerage experience.

• Mastery of entertainment insurance underwriting, coverage and rate analysis.

• Experience utilizing commercial carrier websites to market and rate new and/or renewal business (Fireman’s Fund, Travelers, One Beacon & Abacus).

• Must have experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Agency Management System (i.e., EPIC, AMS 360) or other paperless computer system.
