It’s an indoor studio shoot with an early afternoon call time that may extend into the evening.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend a live studio recording as part of the audience.

Requirements

  • Ages 20–50, country music fans preferred.

  • Must be available in Midtown Atlanta for an early afternoon call time.

Compensation

  • $104/8 hours with $19.50/hour after 8.

Job Description

A 10-minute Proof of Concept (PoC) film is being developed as a creative experiment for an upcoming feature film. The project will be filmed in Sydney and offers paid opportunities for both actors and crew members. This short film aims to explore the visual and emotional tone of the larger feature project.


Job Responsibilities

For Crew:

  • Production Designer: Design and decorate the setting of an elderly woman’s home, visually expressing her solitude and connection to a granddaughter studying far away.

  • Soundie: Record and manage on-set sound using personal equipment, including timecode equipment compatible with RED Komodo-X.

For Actors:

  • Portray characters in a heartfelt story centered on family, distance, and emotional connection.

  • Collaborate with the director and crew to bring authenticity to the narrative.


Requirements

  • Must be available for the scheduled weekend shoot (November 1 & 2).

  • Crew applicants should provide relevant materials:

    • Production Designers: Portfolio and rate.

    • Soundies: Equipment list and rate.


Compensation
