An ultra-low budget feature film in the final stretch of production is seeking an experienced Location Manager to join the crew immediately. With 10 shoot days remaining, all locations are already secured—this role involves ensuring logistical readiness and smooth coordination across all filming days. The project is fast-paced, and the team needs a detail-oriented pro who can hit the ground running.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Confirm and finalize all location arrangements

  • Liaise with property owners and production team daily

  • Coordinate on-site logistics and access for cast and crew

  • Ensure locations are prepped, maintained, and wrapped efficiently

  • Troubleshoot any location-related issues as they arise

Requirements:

  • Must be local to Los Angeles

  • Prior experience as a Location Manager or similar on indie sets

  • Must be reliable, proactive, and highly organized

Compensation:

  • $250/12-hour day

  • 10 total shoot days

  • Work on a collaborative indie team in a hands-on environment

Requirements:

  • Must have relevant production experience in the position applied for

  • Reliable and professional work ethic with a collaborative attitude

  • Must be local to Los Angeles, CA or able to work as a local hire

Compensation:

  • Paid opportunity: California minimum wage (~$200/day for 10-hour days) plus overtime
