Job Overview

The Creative Director leads the creative team, devising concepts and strategies for clients and internal efforts with a goal of achieving the best possible outcome of our projects to meet customer expectations and drive business growth. In addition, the Creative Director oversees our company’s advertising and marketing efforts along with shaping brand standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
  • Collaborate with client services team to understand clients’ requirements
  • Direct and motivate creative team as well as contractors
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
  • Write unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
  • Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
  • Report to Client Services on project status regularly
  • Train and guide creative team and oversee career development
  • Keep up to date with emerging technology and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Media Design or Graphic Design or 8-10 years’ experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in graphic design working with corporate clients
  • 5+ years’ experience in the life science industry
  • Exceptional portfolio with a range of print & digital media examples

Fluent in the following:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Adobe CC Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Clear understanding of design principles & sophisticated design
  • Ability to work within design parameters governed by style guidelines

Experience in Motion Design & Animation including:

  • Adobe Photoshop, After Effects & Premiere
  • Knowledge & experience working with large scale and mass printing
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Proven to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional time management
  • Ability to delegate and communicate deadlines and needs effectively

Alchemy is working alongside a New York Gallery, who are looking to hire an experienced Gallery Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Gallery Director with the smooth running of the Gallery.
  • Assist with Gallery administration tasks when required.
  • Manage the galleries inventory database and complete the cataloguing and labelling of artworks.
  • Complete all condition reports, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with international and domestic shipping of art in time for exhibitions, loans, sales and fairs.
  • Updating the galleries system with documents and shipment records.
  • Assist with the storage of the artwork and corresponding documents.
  • Support the Gallery in organising the framing and conservation of the artworks.
  • Carrying out photography of artworks.

Required Skills:

  • Experience of working in a Gallery or similar organisation is essential.
  • Confident administrator and ability to balance multiple tasks at once.
  • Previous inventory management and cataloguing skills.
  • Condition reporting and artwork labelling abilities.
  • Experience with photography is beneficial for this role.

Job Description:

Our client in the regulatory sector is looking for an Associate Producer to support their team on a 6+ month contract, working in a hybrid capacity, with travel required approximately 1-2 times per month.

The Associate Producer will work 40 hours per week to support the production of virtual and in-person broadcast productions.

Associate Producer Responsibilities:

– Organize and update production calendar, coordinating with crews and studios to execute.

– Manage organization of media assets, ensuring everything is saved in tracked locations.

– Serve as onsite support for crew, assisting with production preparations including scheduling, vendor communications and more.

-Assist with post-production editing and writing as needed.

Associate Producer Requirements:

– 1+ years production experience; Broadcast, communications and journalism experience required.

– Basic Adobe Premiere editing skills strongly preferred.

– Strong communication, organization and overall production knowledge in a broadcast environment.
