Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develops an understanding of Griffith Foods Purpose Driven Strategy, our Long-Range Plan, its goals, and planned initiatives.
  • Develops an editorial calendar with strategic content and directs creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful messages across the Organization and selected external target audiences.
  • Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal clients (Marketing, HR, Sales, Culinary, R&D, and other) to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Devises and executes long-term development strategies for product categories.
  • Drives the full Portfolio approach across the region, ensuring that all Product Categories are represented and promoted in value propositions to our Customers and Prospects.

The Product Launch Manager for Meitheal’s Critical Care & Anesthesia portfolio is a high profile, highly collaborative role at Meitheal Pharmaceuticals. You will lead and own the new product launch process. From developing successful launch strategies in partnership with executive leadership to tactical execution, this role is pivotal to Meitheal’s growth and success. This is a Chicago-based hybrid role, in the office 2 days per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Owns the new product launch process for assigned portfolios to ensure launch and post-launch success by providing support to all Meitheal departments including:
  • Leading global internal and external cross-functional product launch teams and facilitating the successful tactical execution of new product launches in the U.S. market

We’re adding Digital Content Manager to our Chicago office* who will be responsible for the creation of original content for a variety of marketing campaigns and forums that will execute GHOST’s product launches, promotions, and campaigns on brand e-comm channels such as the website, app, blog and email.   • Own recommendations during project kickoff and briefing process to inform the type of original content, functionality, and features needed for e-comm channels to facilitate high-performing launch and product campaigns
  • Identify new communication channels that provide a deeper connection between the brand and customer, ultimately leading to a better customer experience
  • Continually enhance consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency of brand voice & tone while supporting e-comm initiatives.
  • Oversee the tri-weekly GHOST brand-email marketing flows and manage the creation of content for net-new and triggered emails
  • Test, schedule, preview, and deploy website, email, and app content, ensuring accuracy at each step
  • Collaborate on defined KPIs, collect results, analyze performance, develop key actions, and communicate to cross-functional teams to optimize content-marketing strategies
  • Track the competitive set & sports nutrition landscape to gain an in-depth awareness and understanding of the content trends, site experiences, and storytelling, cultivating new content ideas and innovative content formats
  • Identify opportunities and seek new initiatives to maximize sales by leveraging customer behavior onsite, site performance trends, and asset engagement analytics.

You have:

  • 4+ years of digital content experience including managing websites, blog posts, emails, and crafting compelling content to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field of study required
  • Experience working with a fitness/health CPG brand and a strong understanding of brand identity preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leveraging content management systems
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience with project management
  • Start Up Experience preferred
