Position Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Group Creative Director with a strong focus on digital innovation to lead our creative team in developing cutting-edge digital campaigns, strategies, and products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital media, technology, and emerging trends, and a proven track record of creating innovative and engaging campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the creative team in developing digital strategies, campaigns, and products that drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and technology to align creative and business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work that meets project objectives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts that push the boundaries of digital media and technology.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and target audiences, and to develop creative solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Oversee the creation and execution of creative assets including videos, animations, graphics, websites, social media campaigns, and more.
- Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and emerging technologies, and bring new ideas and best practices to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Participate in new business development, contributing to proposals and pitches with innovative and creative ideas.
Required Experience
- 12+ years of experience in design, digital marketing or a related field, with a strong emphasis on digital innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a related field;
- Proven track record of creating successful creative solutions—digital campaigns, strategies, design systems and products that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of creative professionals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and marketing teams.
- Expert knowledge of digital media, including social media, mobile, video, and web-based platforms.
- Familiarity with emerging digital technologies, such as AR/VR, AI and machine learning.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and on budget.
- Passion for digital innovation and creativity, with a drive to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
