Job Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in photo and video shoots, effectively portraying the Lilly Pulitzer brand image.

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and stylish Female High Fashion Model to be the face of our upcoming high fashion brand campaign in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, be able to convey a range of emotions and styles through their modeling, and effectively represent our brand’s aesthetic and values.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and designers to create the desired look for the campaign.

    We would like to meet someone who:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within talent management 
    • Worked in one agency for a minimum of 1 year A clear understanding of the influencer industry, the top players, brands and where the market is going. 
    • Awareness of the leading Gen Z talent A valuable network of brand contacts and industry relationships 
    • Persistent and determined 
    • Can create excellent presentations and client decks 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Ability to accept criticism and work under pressure
    • Strong network of influencer contacts and industry connections.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics.
    • Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide team members.
