Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative development process with internal teams in the following areas: creative resourcing, timeline management, budget management, creative project team management, cross-functional communication, creative strategy, marketing share-outs, legal approvals, and production hand-off to deliver exceptional creative.
- Establish, collaborate, and manage cross-functional business relationships with multiple teams: Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Creative, XFN Production, Legal, and BA team to drive creative projects to meet business objectives, creative objectives, and timing and budget requirements.
- Work collaboratively with external agencies and production partners on the development of marketing campaigns
- Own clear and timely communication with cross-functional team leads regarding project status, obstacles, and priorities. Proactively identify, communicate, and manage risks.
- Ingest new projects and work with Lead Producer and Lead Creative to allocate staff and resourcing.
Mandatory:
- 5-7 years of experience managing the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns, with TV, OLV, Social, OOH, and digital experience
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity, problem-solving, time management, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, technical work environment.
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Organizational skills: proper record keeping, managing files and folders in Drive.
- Proficient in Workplace products: Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Drive.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience launching and marketing consumer electronics products in global retail environments is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
