Planet Technology is looking for an integrated producer to join our prominent media client. As an Integrated Producer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end production across marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on digital creative production and 360 campaigns. This role is for our client’s App Store, with the potential to work on additional lines of business if/as needs arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end digital production workflows with primary focus on digital production (organic social, digital display, paid social, email)
  • Lead and/or support integrated campaign efforts, producing full-funnel creative executions
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables while navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
  • Produce high quality digital content from concept development to final deliverables
  • Partner with Brand, Strategy and Creative team leads to guide creative development as it pertains to full-funnel production
  • Foster relationships and serve as Production point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Lead and collaborate with internal teams throughout creative development, including Media, Business Affairs, Design Team, Photo Team, Music Team, etc.
  • Guide selection of, and ongoing communication with, external vendors and production partners, representing Marcom LA with expertise, grace and integrity
  • Steward production with internal and external partners in the realm of: digital production, organic social content, integrated campaign development, VFX/motion graphics and localization
  • Lead regular production-related project meetings (kick-offs, status, creative reviews, etc), and communicate action steps and updates to the broader team
  • Effectively and resourcefully manage and clearly communicate production timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs
  • Expertly guide creative development through creative review cycles
  • Independently manage budgets, scope and production financials
  • Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges
  • Ensure all deliverables are executed to the highest production value, meeting creative expectations in balance with marketing objectives while adhering to established timelines and budget

Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of advertising and/or marketing production experience
  • Experience guiding digital production (e.g., organic social, digital display, email) from concept through to final delivery
  • Experience working on integrated, 360 campaigns
  • Deep familiarity with the digital space, and a strong ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation
  • Deep knowledge of advertising and digital specifications and production processes, with background in translating and optimizing creative for digital formats
  • Strong relationships with various production houses with the ability to evaluate vendors for specific project needs
  • Experience leading and managing external agencies and/or production partners

Job Summary

Operates the delivery end of the press unit (robot) and assists with additional press functions.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintains proper market identification, checking mastheads, skid tickets and layouts. Responsible for maintaining proper stack counts throughout the press runs. Operates and maintains the robotic equipment and stacking machines. Stacks signatures and maintains overall quality of skids. Identifies and reports any noticeable print defects to the Head Press Operator, Press Operator, or Supervisor. Monitors product waste and coordinates paper waste removal in the pressroom. Develops job skills and equipment knowledge necessary for level advancement. 70%
  • Completes all work assignments during make-readies and other press downtime situations. Assists with the webbing up of the printing press. Keeps presses stocked with needed supplies. Assists with removing waste ink, used printing plates, press-side garbage, skids, slip sheets and plastic packaging. 20%
  • Assists with changing slip sheets at the printing units. Assists with manual signature stacking when needed. Assists with cleaning press water systems and changing filters. Performs the Press Operator responsibilities when needed. Additional Information

Job Description

The Manager, Publicity and PR is responsible for supporting the Publicity department with Public Relations efforts, including devising, implementing and delivering high impact publicity efforts for Universal Studios Hollywood (USH) and Universal CityWalk (CW) with an emphasis on the Latino market. The Manager, Publicity and PR ensures the efficiency of the department’s daily operations and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement publicity campaigns based on initiatives to promote USH as a destination for assigned media segments
  • Proactively pitch press with creative story angles that drive increased consumer editorial coverage
  • Coordinate behind-the-scenes tours and press activities with targeted media to generate positive editorial coverage
  • Support PR opportunities to drive increased awareness of the company initiatives, including seasonal and special events

(Must be able to work as an in-between between Graphic Designers and Clients and Web Developers and Client. When the Graphic Design team sends their rough draft this hire must be able to know enough to distinguish if this draft is ready for final edits or needs to be sent back prior to going over to the customer. Same for working with the Web Development team)

Key Responsibilities

Research and develop written content for social media, website development, and email marketing

Design a content strategy for growing social following and engagement across social media and digital channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Google My Business.

Plan, develop and post engaging content together with our social media department and photo/video production team

Track follower growth, engagement, and other relevant metrics

Collaborate with our digital director to create video and still content across multiple platforms

Facilitate influencer and audience outreach

Communicate brand voice across media platforms and make sure our client’s messages cut through and make a lasting impression

Act as a community builder for multiple client industries by engaging, posting, commenting, and responding on social media

Requirements, Skills, & Experience

3-5 years experience running social media and working on influencer marketing campaigns

Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and strategies

Experience in developing and optimizing written and visually engaging content

Experience in successfully building a social following on major social platforms

Job Description

The Director, Publicity Awards will work with an internal team and consultants to manage and execute all aspects of strategic awards campaigns for Focus Features titles on a year-round basis. Position will liaise with Publicity, Events, Corporate, Creative, and other cross-divisional areas. The ideal candidate must have a creative and strategic background with more than 7 years of experience working on all facets of awards campaigns.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in crafting and executing awards campaign strategy throughout all phases.
  • Manage agencies, develop timelines, and monitor benchmarks.
  • Work with National VPs to oversee comprehensive talent campaigns with engagement across all areas: traditional/digital press, stunt/event activations and social platforms.
  • Work with VPs to oversee management of all LA press days, press junkets, special screenings, premieres
  • Work directly with talent reps on individual talent campaign execution.
  • Liaise with leaders and nominating bodies of the Film Academy, guilds and other awards organizations.

Job Description

Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) is comprised of both digital and physical distribution businesses, overseeing the sales and operations for digital transactional film and television content including PVOD, PEST, EST, and VOD for Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Illumination, DreamWorks Animation, and independent studios, as well as physical DVD and Blu-Ray product sales in multiple international markets.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing will lead tactical planning and strategy of paid media campaigns that stimulate consumer awareness, increase purchase intent and, ultimately, deliver sales for Universal’s various movies released in the home entertainment window including Blu-ray, DVD, electronic sell-through, and on-demand formats. Candidate must be able to provide critical oversight of program KPIs and help to identify areas of opportunity in planning and optimization of media programs.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for 25+ annual campaigns that stretch across all aspects of digital media, including display, search, mobile, social, programmatic, and more. In addition, this individual will help guide the associated ad creative and digital media research.

Media Plan Development & Execution

  • Extensive experience and proficiency in paid media coupled with a strong understanding of performance media, social, and programmatic buying.
  • Advanced understanding of media measurement and reporting to help set objectives and identify optimizations.
  • Exceptional presentation skills in both creating and presenting media plans, strategic process documents, and campaign results to key stakeholders and senior-level executives.
  • Strong background in media agency management and collaboration to deliver against brand objectives. Develop strong working relationships with all agencies, internal departments, international counterparts, publishers, customers, external clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Significant experience in how to plan and run paid media with differing objectives across the marketing funnel: brand awareness and consideration and performance.
  • Track record of building paid media plans that drive awareness and consideration, and the ability to clearly, simply articulate the ROI.
  • Responsible for the strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of the Display and Paid social campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Google’s Ad platforms, Amazon AAP and AMS, etc.).

  • Develop recommended media budgets based on digital and physical revenue goals.
