Job Responsibilities

  • Work with entire team to establish a unified brand understanding and company voice

1. Deaf or HOH Individuals. Ages 8 to 80. Must know ASL.

Willow Pump Campaign 

We are currently casting real breastfeeding/pumping moms and their families in the SF Bay Area.

This is for a  documentary style campaign for Willow Breast Pump where the mother will be filmed in her home with her family to capture the powerful and beautiful realities of motherhood. 

All gender identities, sexualities, abilities, and cultural backgrounds are welcomed. 

WHEN: February 3, 4, 5, or 6 (1 day shoot during these dates) 
WHERE: SF Bay Area, your home + potentially work location
COMPENSATION: $4000 to the family for filming (+20% for represented families) + $500 location fee
USAGE: Non-union. 2 years video + stills for, print, OTT, web and social. Non-broadcast.

What You’ll Do

ROLE

● 6+ years’ experience selling six and seven figure deals in a media, entertainment and/or direct to consumer environment.

● Strong relationships with clients and agency buyers in verticals that could include Entertainment, CPG, Technology, Sports, Automotive and Lifestyle.

● Proven ability to create and develop long term client partnerships by influencing executives, senior management and key industry stakeholders.

● A passion for, and deep understanding of, best in class creative and the mechanics of earning market share. Will need to share examples of work that they have been involved in that represents this in practice.

● Willingness to learn, investigate and strategize with excellent research skills. Examples of studies and methodologies used in the past will be discussed as part of the interview process.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a leadership position mentoring and managing junior strategists and copywriters.

Reporting to the Director and VP this position will lead on all new business pitches from breaking down RFPs, leading and organizing brainstorms, developing ideas and finally, writing campaign proposals.
