About the role

Accountable for quantifying and measuring the success of our executions and for delivering insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver at Essence. Leading multi products projects, developing best practice, being the main point of contact for other teams.

Some of the things we’d like you to do

  • Build a deep understanding of marketing plans and their objectives to help account teams build comprehensive measurement, and test & learn plans
  • Play an instrumental role in evolving and designing new, innovative measurement tools. Managing the process through to delivery and take ownership of global roll out
  • Recruit, manage and mentor analytical resource, ensuring the efficient flow of work through the team, the timely delivery of high-quality outputs and their continuing development as professionals
  • Lead the creation of clear, robust and thought-provoking campaign reviews and insights
  • Work with Account teams to help define the correct questions to get under the skin of campaign performance and then interrogate data sources to deliver the answers
  • To help deliver “best in class” analytical capabilities across the agency with the wider Analytics team, including the use of new methods, techniques, tools and systems
  • Develop innovative marketing campaigns and assist clients to define objectives

A bit about yourself

  • Degree from a top-tier university, minimum 2:1 (preferably numerical)
  • Experience working in a data based role
  • Experience managing a team and ability to delegate effectively
  • Proficiency with systems such as SQL, Social Analytics tools (Crimson Hexagon), Python, and ‘R’
  • Expose to measurement of both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns
  • Excellent at presenting data in a visually engaging and insightful manner that cuts through the noise
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of what data points can be collected and analysed in a digital campaign, and how each data point should be analysed
  • Established and professional communication, presentation, and motivational skills

Operates the delivery end of the press unit and assists in all press functions.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintains proper market identification, checking mastheads, skid tickets and layouts. Maintains proper counts throughout the press runs. Operates and maintains the robotic equipment and/or cutter tables and deliveries. Operates and maintains the stacker machines. Stacks printed products and maintains overall quality of skids. Identifies and reports any noticeable print defects to the Head Press Operator, Press Operator, or Supervisor. Monitors product waste and coordinates paper waste removal in the pressroom. Develops job skills and equipment knowledge necessary for level advancement. 70%
  • Completes all work assignments during make-readies and other press downtime situations. Assists with the webbing up of the printing press. Keeps presses stocked with needed supplies.   • Develop and maintain relationships across the Meineke Car Care franchise system to support marketing efforts on a regional level and on a national scale

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and organized Creative Producer to manage the pre-production and the production of Hedley & Bennett’s major photo/video campaigns in 2023. This role involves two sides — Creative: Taking big idea creative direction/key shots and bringing it to life with more specific moodboards, models, the right on-brand vendors (production design , food styling, model casting, styling – props, wardrobe etc.) Logistical: Managing a budget, schedules, vendors, contracts, and run of show day of shoot — partnering closely with the Content & Creative Strategy Director and other creative stakeholders, and working with various cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of the shoot day.

This is a contract role, assigned per campaign. Billed hourly, by half-day/day rate, or project rate, negotiated based on experience.

A snapshot of an assigned project:

  • Pre-Production
  • Manage communication, timelines, budgets, check-ins/meetings associated with shoot.

  • Has a roster of A-player photographers, production designers, stylists, talent agencies, and other vendors — knows how to create a stellar production team with them.
  • Can take a budget and run with it, negotiating where needed.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills a must, with strong attention to detail and a knack for follow through
  • Able to anticipate needs and adapt to situations as they arise
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Must be a team player with strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • A creative aptitude & appreciation with a strong grasp of the Hedley & Bennett brand. Interest/experience in cooking and the food space a huge plus.
