About The Role:
Sitting within our Core Team at Head Office, and working directly with the Marketing Team, our new Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the Social Media Strategy for all brands within the Corbenyah group. This role is integral for the continued growth of our business, and therefore we are looking for someone who has a passion for all things Social Media, whilst also having an interest in our investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of all social media accounts, organic posts, and paid campaigns across the Corbenyah Group Brands.
- Analyse and track social campaign performance across each social media channel (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc).
- Respond appropriately to all engagement across channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create unique and innovative ideas to produce ‘scroll stopping’ content for all brands within the group.
- Report Key Performance metrics to Senior Management and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Continuously conduct industry and competitor research to ensure we stay in line with market trends.
- Have the ability and willingness to learn about the various industries within our portfolio.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience building successful organisation posts and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Twitter.
- Proven ability to grow social reach, increase engagement and conversion rates across all key platforms.
- Strong understanding of analytical metrics and how to tailor campaigns to suit our intended social media and business goals.
- Confident working across multiple social platforms and brands.
- A strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn & Twitter.
- Image and video content creation skills (Ideally).
